| With the rapid development of economy,supply-side structural reforms have continued to advance in recent years.At present,there are still serious problems in employment in our country,which are mainly manifested in the mismatch between the quality of labor and the needs of employers.The rapid development of the economy puts forward higher requirements for the quality of the labor force,but under the current development situation,the labor force has a large deficiency in the level of professional ability.This situation will have a greater adverse impact on China’s industrial structure adjustment,and even hinder the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure and the in-depth development of supply-side structural reforms.This article focuses on the research on the problems and countermeasures of the government subsidized vocational skills training system in G city of S province.Based on the current situation of the government subsidized vocational skills training system,looking for weaknesses in the construction and management of the subsidized vocational skills training system of the G city.Weaknesses in system construction management.At the same time,it proposes a complete countermeasures for the subsidized vocational skills training system of the G city government to promote the stability of the subsidized vocational skills training market in G city of S Province,thereby ensuring the smooth flow of employment training channels and improving the quality of employment.This paper first summarizes the existing literature to summary the theoretical results of the construction of government subsidized vocational skills training system,and finds out the weaknesses of research direction.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey,we carried out field research and observation in G city of S Province,and found that the government subsidized vocational skills training system of G city of S Province has some problems,such as the narrow coverage of training objects,the need to strengthen the precision training,the uneven conditions of training implementation subject,the need to improve the quality of training,the slow update of training projects,the need to improve the strength of market research,and the difficulty of training acceptance and evaluation,and the government supervision and evaluation model needs to be improved,etc.The main reasons include: Task-based training has become the dominant,Department linkage training mechanism is not smooth;low barriers to entry for training institutions,and supervision and management is seriously lacking;training projects are too traditional,and curriculum is not in line with market demand;government staff is few,and supervision is limited.Then,by comparing the advanced measures in the construction of government subsidized vocational skills training system in Chengdu city,Guangdong Province,Hunan Province and Leshan city,this paper sums up some valuable experience in solving problems in G city of S Province.Finally,combining new public service theory,hierarchy of needs theory,and human capital theory,we propose countermeasures to solve the problem of government subsidized vocational skills training system construction in G city of S province.First,build a multi department linkage and cooperation mechanism to promote precision training.Second,improve the access standards of training institutions and establish dynamic management.Third,strengthen the research on market demand and formulate reasonable policies.Fourth,improve the government supervision and evaluation mode,and form an integrated management system.At the same time,the future development of government subsidized vocational skills training system is prospected.This paper studies the problems,causes and Countermeasures of government subsidized vocational skills training system construction in G city of S Province from different angles,which is conducive to promoting the systematization of theoretical research on government subsidized vocational skills training system construction in China.The research conclusions can provide reference for G city of S Province to improve the construction of government subsidized vocational skills training system. |
