Research On Development Strategy Of Qinhuangdao Training Base Of The General Administration Of Sport

With the continuous improvement of China’s social and economic development level,people’s pursuit of sports is also becoming higher and higher.As an important part of China’s cultural undertakings,sports plays a very important role in improving the physical fitness of the people and enhancing their self-confidence and cohesiveness.The country has always attached great importance to the development of sports culture,and has invested a lot of resources in the construction of sports venues,the training of sports professionals,the introduction of high-level coaches,and sports competitions.The Qinhuangdao Base of the State Sports General Administration has been a modern and comprehensive training base for national investment and construction.After more than 40 years of development,it has made great achievements in the training of athletes.However,while achieving excellent results,the development of the Qinhuangdao Base of the State Sports General Administration is also facing problems such as slow income growth,low site utilization rate,low level of professional services,and weak comprehensive competitiveness.The research in this paper is based on solving the current problems.Specifically,in the research process,firstly,this paper combed the development status of strategic management theory at home and abroad,especially the development strategy research trends of sports base;secondly,based on the pest framework,it analyzed the macro development environment of Qinhuangdao sports training base;based on the five force model,it analyzed the industry development environment,based on the perspective of resource ability,it analyzed the internal development environment;then,it analyzed the sports development environment The internal and external strategic elements of the base are analyzed,and the SWOT matrix is established.On this basis,the development strategy of the sports base is determined,and the strategic development system is constructed.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy.Based on these basic analysis,the research conclusions drawn from the paper are that the implementation strategy of the Qinhuangdao training base of the State Administration of the People’s Republic of China can effectively improve the current problems of not being competitive.Therefore,the research of this paper provides theoretical support for the strategic transformation of Qinhuangdao training base from the theoretical level,and the specific safeguard measures proposed also provide a reasonable reference for the implementation of its strategy from the practical level.
