| In recent years,China has continuously strengthened the protection of vulnerable children,this action also has accelerated the development of our social welfare undertakings.Therefore,while those vulnerable children who live in welfare homes have suffered from complex life experiences,meanwhile their living environment has been restricted,resulting in their more obviously deviant behaviors,thus attracting social attention and sustainability.This paper takes vulnerable children from X County Children’s Welfare Home as the research object.Firstly,the specific manifestations and influencing factors of their deviant behaviors are acknowledged through observation,interview and action research methods.On the basis of cognition behavioral and social support theory,group work theory is used to improve the inferiority,isolation,extroverted and deviant behavior of their academic adaptation.During the fulfillment process,in order to progress their deviant behavior,practical exploration involving group work was conducted to help them to build self-confidence,enhance social skills,recognize their own emotions and promote the motivation for self-change.Although such behavior has been elevated in the intervention process,there are also shortcomings.The short duration of the service project leads to the consolidation of the service effect and the waste of resources,also inadequate social support makes services continuously satisfying.Social worker should focus on vulnerable children and strengthen social support,so that they can get support from school and society,then correct deviant behaviors and promote the healthy development. |
