| Early childhood education is an important link of basic education.Children aged5-6 are the key period for the rapid growth and development of human body,and this age stage is also the basic stage for the formation of good physical fitness.Therefore,it is urgent to take the physical fitness of children as the focus of current research.According to the comparison between the 2010 national physical fitness test report and the 2014 national physical fitness test report,the physical quality development of children aged 3-6 appears "unbalanced development" phenomenon,which is specifically manifested as the decline of children’s flexibility and balance control ability.Yoga as a sport for young and old,functional diversification,because is not affected by factors such as space,time,and be loved by the masses,particularly during the outbreak,more and more people are practicing yoga,the previous studies have shown that yoga can improve practitioner body flexibility,coordination,body shape,emotion regulation,and self-efficacy.Therefore,this study actively explores how to combine yoga with children’s physical health,to improve children’s physical health as the fundamental goal,to create a set of yoga routines suitable for children’s overall physical and mental development,to make up for and enrich the kindergarten physical education teaching activities.Research Methods: Using literature method,experimental method,observational method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis six kinds of research methods,combed the children’s physical and mental development characteristics,combining the baby yoga asana routines choreographing principle and creating content,follow the age characteristics of children with appropriate intensity and young children’s interest in sport,the compiling a set of suitable for young children’s yoga postures,and probes into the Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University kindergarten taipans 32 children yoga intervention for 12 weeks,in order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of intervention,the infants were randomly divided into control group and the yoga group,from children’s body function,quality and form the three aspects,After the experiment,SPSS two independent samples t-test was used to conduct statistical analysis to test the exercise effect of children’s yoga posture routine on their physical health.Research Conclusions:(1)the selection of subjects in our study for 5 to 6 years old children,this age children easy to active,naturally curious,not enough concentration,caught in the process of creating the psychological characteristics of children this age stage,each position in the form of a story,using the vivid music,to attract children’s attention,so as to achieve the effect of exercise.(2)After 12 weeks of yoga intervention,male children’s upper limb strength,lower limb strength,balance and control ability,lower limb trunk extension ability,trunk and neck extension ability were significantly improved;Yoga for female children’s lower limb strength,balance and control ability,lower limb trunk extension ability,trunk and neck extension ability and spinal extension ability has a great role in promoting.(3)After creation,preliminary examination,modification and final revision of infant yoga asana routine has been praised by experts and teachers,in line with the new curriculum reform concept of classroom teaching mode,and after discussion and research by Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University kindergarten teachers,it has been promoted in kindergarten,with strong practicality and promotion.Research prospects and deficiencies:(1)Yoga project is not affected by venues and equipment,easy to operate and has the value of promotion.Yoga courses can be added to teaching and daily activities to enrich children’s physical activity content and play a complementary role in comprehensively improving children’s physical quality.(2)should further do a good job,the diversity of baby yoga postures routines plait by experimental research,found that yoga can correct some of the children of bad posture caused by various external factors,because of the limitations on experiment,and is not involved on child body posture and psychological change of indicators,and the subjects only for 5 to 6 years old children,hope the follow-up research using scientific methods,combined with the characteristics of different age children targeted the plait. |
