| For a long time,the Party and the state have paid special attention to students’ physical health,and have issued a series of physical health standards and policies,which are required to be widely implemented in schools.This has played a very important role in improving the physical health level of college students.However,from the current point of view,college students’ physical health still faces many problems,which are not optimistic.In this study,40 freshmen majoring in physical education in Ganzhou Teachers College were taken as experimental subjects,and the 109 th set of barbell exercises in Laimei was conducted for 12 weeks in the fight hall of the sports building of Ganzhou Teachers College,to explore the influence of barbell exercises on the physical health of male students in ordinary colleges and universities.The research results show that:1.Barbell exercise can effectively increase muscle circumference and reduce fat accumulation,which has a remarkable effect of increasing muscle,reducing fat and shaping for boys,and is helpful to improve students’ body shape.2.Push-ups and barbell push-ups in barbell exercise training directly stimulate the chest muscles,greatly stimulate the expansion and contraction of the chest wall,increase its vital capacity,and effectively improve students’ physical function.3.Barbell exercises can significantly improve students’ performance in sports tested in the National Standards for Students’ Physical Health,and have a significant effect on improving students’ physical fitness.4.Dynamic music,proper load,atmosphere full of male hormones,sweaty and hearty feeling in barbell exercises can effectively release stress and eliminate negative emotions.It is of great help to students’ mental health. |
