OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of the two exercise methods on the post-activation enhancement effect, and try to find a better training method for postactivation effects.Explore some theoretical and practical foundations for explosive training or warm-up before the game.I hope to do my best to improve the athletes' training ability and performance.METHODS: selecting ten male college students from the Beijing Sport University. All subjects had lower limb weight training experience and were able to practice semi-squatting exercises.Subjects were tested for lower limb weights of 1RM weight, and then 60% and 90% 1 RM weight per subject were calculated based on the test results and recorded. Then PAP induction was started, including 60% 1RM for Penumatics resistance half-squat practice and traditional barbell and half-squat practice, repeated 3 times,5 groups, intermittent between groups for 2 minutes;using90% 1RM for Penumatics resistance semi-squat practice and traditional barbell Half a squat practice, repeated 3 times,5 groups, intermittent between groups for 2 minutes.Starting from the 4th minute after the end of PAP induction,a squat test(CMJ)(4th,6th,8th,10 th and 12 th)was performed every 2 minutes.Get the peak power of the CMJ.Paired sample t-test was used to analyze the effects of different instruments on peak power after PAP induction and the effect of different loads on peak power after PAP induction. The effects of different recovery times on peak power after PAP induction were compared by repeated measures one-way analysis of variance. Conclusion: Both the air resistance exercise and the traditional barbell practice intervention have a post-activation enhancement effect. After 60% 1RM and 90%1RM intensity, the post-activation enhancement effect of the Penumatics resistance exercise is better than the traditional barbell exercise, especially in the 4th to 10 thminutes after PAP activation.Regardless of whether a pneumatic training device or a barbell is used for PAP induction, the effect of load intensity on PAP has a significant effect on a certain time range. The greater the intensity, the better the post-activation enhancement effect.
