Comparative Study On Chinese And American Artistic Gymnastics

artistic gymnastics is an advantage project in the Olympic glory program in China.Since participating in the Olympic Games in 1984,it has achieved brilliant and fruitful results and won great honors for our country.However,with the development of the times,the strength of gymnastics in various countries has become stronger and stronger.artistic gymnastics poses a serious challenge.How to promote the continuous development of my country’s artistic gymnastics and maintain the dominant position of China’s artistic gymnastics in the international sports arena has become the focus of attention of people in the gymnastics industry in my country.The United States is a big country of artistic gymnastics,with a high social popularity and a strong level of competition.It has some references and references in the management system,competition system,and reserve talent training model.Therefore,this article adopts the literature method,expert interview method,and comparative research.Comparing the development history of Chinese and American artistic gymnastics,management system,competition system,reserve talent training model,post-1984 Olympics and gymnastics world championships,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)From artistic gymnastics From the perspective of the development process,the development process of China’s artistic gymnastics and American artistic gymnastics has experienced four stages:introduction-development-decline-development.The development of China’s artistic gymnastics is "top-down",and the development of American artistic gymnastics is "Bottom-up".(2)From the perspective of the management system of artistic gymnastics,my country still follows the "national system" as a typical administrative management model.The main body of management is the government,and vertical management is implemented.The management funds are allocated by administrative funds.The management system of American artistic gymnastics is social The management system,whose main body of management is society,implements flat management,and the management funds are raised by the society,and the government does not participate in capital investment.(3)From the perspective of the competition system,although my country is transitioning to an association system and a social system,my country’s artistic gymnastics competitions are mainly concentrated in the sports system.The number of competitions is small and the competition format is single,and athletes cannot get rich competition exercises.The competition system in the United States conforms to the law of market development.Its competition system is dominated by schools and clubs.Gymnastics competitions cater to athletes of different ages,different training levels,and different genders.The competitions are rich and diverse.(4)From the perspective of the training model of reserve talents,the training model of reserve talents in my country mainly continues the pyramid-type three-level training network training model.The selection of reserve talents is carried out by competitions,index tests,and trial training.The training system is closed and the selection of talents is narrow.,The separation of sports and education,but in 2014,for the sustainable development of artistic gymnastics,my country carried out the "happy gymnastics" development model,focusing on expanding the scope of selection of artistic gymnastics reserve talents,but the connection between happy gymnastics and artistic gymnastics was not systematically perfect.The American artistic gymnastics reserve talent training model is based on the training of reserve talents in schools and social clubs,emphasizes the combination of sports and education,emphasizes the all-round development of athletes,fully mobilizes social resources,has a large base of reserve talents,and formulates a reasonable training plan for gymnasts.The selection of its reserve talents is mainly carried out in the form of competitions.(5)Through the comparative study of Chinese and American artistic gymnastics,we have drawn enlightenments to promote the development of artistic gymnastics in my country,including: perfecting my country’s artistic gymnastics management system;deepening the integration of sports and education to cultivate artistic gymnastics talents;developing and enriching gymnastics events to improve my country Gymnastics competition system;formulate a systematic and perfect training system;formulate a systematic and perfect training system;focus on the collection of gymnastics scientific research and informatization,and grasp the frontier dynamics.
