Research On The Optimization Of Vocational Career Planning Of Higher Vocational College Students In Sichuan Province From The Perspective Of Employment

The Party and the people’s government of our country have always attached great importance to the employment of college students.Vocational education is fundamentally employment-oriented.Although higher vocational colleges have provided a large number of highly skilled and high-quality professionals for the country,the consequent contradiction between supply and demand in the market is also prominent.Based on the current employment policy in China,this paper studies the basic status quo,main problems and causes of vocational college students’ career planning in Sichuan province from the perspective of employment,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing vocational college students’ career planning in Sichuan province.First of all,a large number of relevant literature and materials were reviewed.Then,combined with questionnaires and interviews,the current situation of vocational college students’ career planning in Sichuan Province was deeply understood.The theory of public goods and related knowledge and theories of public utility management were applied.The main problems and their causes are summarized and analyzed from the dimensions of government employment policy implementation,vocational college career planning guidance and vocational college students’ career planning subject.From the perspective of the government’s employment policy implementation,the main problems are as follows: the implementation of financial subsidies for employment and entrepreneurship is not strong enough,the policy awareness rate is low,the objects and scope of the subsidies are small,and the overall evaluation of the service effect of the employment policy implementation is not high;The causes are that the government does not spend enough on the employment and entrepreneurship of students in higher vocational colleges,does not give much financial support to higher vocational colleges,and the service system and public employment service system in the implementation of government employment policies are not perfect enough.From the perspective of the implementation of career planning guidance in higher vocational colleges,the main problems are as follows: the colleges do not offer specialized career planning courses for regular guidance,the professional degree of professional career planning teachers is not high,and the satisfaction evaluation of employment and entrepreneurship provided by the schools is not high;The causes are the mismatch between the talent training plan and social demand in higher vocational colleges,the uneven background of professional guidance teachers in career planning,and the insufficient implementation and implementation of employment policies in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of the main body of students’ career planning,the main problems are as follows: it is difficult for students to give full play to their personal abilities due to the lack of matching degree between career choice and major;professional skills cannot fully meet the requirements of job skills;and career satisfaction is not high.The cause is that the students’ selfrecognition is not high,self-positioning is not clear,lack of planning for life stage.This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the career planning of vocational college students in Sichuan Province,which are as follows: the government should strengthen policy guidance,vocational colleges should strengthen school guidance,and students should strengthen self-promotion.The innovation point of this paper is to follow the regional development of Sichuan Province,and analyze and study the specific actual situation of vocational career planning of representative vocational college students in Sichuan Province in the past three years,which has a certain practical guiding significance to carry out practical work.This study lays a foundation for Sichuan province to perfect and formulate the guidelines and policies of employment and career guidance for students of similar colleges and universities,and provides some valuable references for optimizing the career planning of students of similar colleges and universities.
