Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Student Employment Service System In S Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the employment of college students has become a common problem in higher vocational colleges.In view of the development of higher vocational colleges,the state has given strong support in relevant policies,and actively guided the development of the employment service system of higher vocational colleges to help the students of Higher Vocational Colleges obtain employment smoothly from different levels.But we should also see that many graduates are unemployed.Therefore,it is very important for higher vocational colleges to build a reasonable and effective employment service system.It can not only stabilize the employment of students,but also improve the employment quality of graduates to a certain extent.It can promote the solution of problems such as difficult employment faced by higher vocational colleges.This paper takes s College as the research object,and puts forward targeted majorization strategies for the problems existing in the employment service system of s college,such as employment service mechanism,employment service content,employment service platform and so on.At the level of employment service mechanism,we should optimize the operation system of employment service and improve the employment service system;At the level of employment service content,we should reform and build a new curriculum system,improve the teaching organization of employment service curriculum,strengthen the practical teaching of employment service,improve teaching means and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education,and implement the tracking feedback and extended employment service mode;At the level of employment service platform,it is necessary to realize the strong combination and precise docking of employment service platform,realize the sharing of information and interoperability network,establish a precise docking service platform between supply and demand,and fully tap and integrate information resources.Finally,it puts forward the vouch for the effection of the majorization strategy in three aspects: improving the student employment service system,strengthening the organization and leadership of student employment service,and carrying out the performance evaluation of student employment service.
