| It is revealed that Chengdu’s basic construction of education informatization is processing successfully so far,which means that 2.0 Action Plan will be put into effect.However,there are still many restrictive elements including economic differences,development conception and system construction in different counties.So,education informatization is suffering development predicaments in Chengdu.Also,targeted countermeasure aiming influence factor reasons of diversity in basic education informatization difference will be presented under the assessment aiming basic education development level in different counties.Therefore,basic education informatization in Chengdu will be develop healthily and stead.Firstly,refine consequential academic achievements focusing on evaluation index system,projects and pattern of basic education informatization at domestic and overseas to model the evaluation system of basic education development gradation.Then,analyze primary and secondary index of weighting coefficient by analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,conduct empirical research on basic education development level in Chengdu by grey key method.Meanwhile,analyze contrastively the comprehensive development and five dimensions in Chengdu’s counties by cluster analysis and coefficient dispersion.Finally,analyze the effect elements of the difference by Tyre index method to evaluate the development otherness in three circles distribution in Chengdu City and quantify the effect degree of the regional difference to the overall difference.Based on the evaluation results and omnibearing analysis,summarize the development model of basic education informatization in Chengdu.Then,come up with some countermeasures for the future development orientation of basic education.It is displayed that Shuangliu area and Chenghua area develop best followed by Wucheng area and Tianfu,Gaoxin in comprehensive level of the assessment results.Contrastly,the development of Pengzhou,Jianyang and Qionglai City is relatively solwly.From the five dimensions,the best development is the application of resources,followed by information resources,management information level tends to balance.The three dimensions of small differences.The infrastructure and mechanism guarantee development are defective,and the difference is significant.Further analysis from the regional location level shows that the contribution of the three layers to the total difference is greater,and the weakest layer has the largest difference following by the two layers and one layer. |
