A Study On The Comprehensive Assessment System Of Innovative Science College Students For China University Of Petroleum (East China)

Innovative science college students are a core product launched by colleges to the society,with a key index of cultivation level reflecting education level.By establishing a perfect comprehensive evaluation system,the cultivation of the innovative science college students is evaluated subjectively and scientifically,which is thus an orientation and reinforcement to the cultivation and development process.Based on this background and combined with the reality in China University of Petroleum(East China),this paper sets up scientific assessment system of the development of innovative science college students.After consulting massive literatures and relevant theoretical research on talent assessment,we intensively analyzed the research status on talent assessment in China and abroad and drew lesson from the successful practice.Next,combining the definition of innovative talents with the reality of science college student and adopting the methods of scientific statistical analysis and field study,we investigate deeply into practice through questionnaire and discussion.The cultivation status of science college students of innovative talents in UPC is fully aware and the influential factors of the cultivation of innovative science college students are analyzed systematically.Combined with the reality of talent cultivation in the college,the index system and index standards of talent assessment of science college students of innovative talents are set up,and the index weights are fit by analytic hierarchy process.Meanwhile,the methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)and element weighting are adopted to set up mathematical model which are then put into practice.The assessment results after analysis agree with realities of situation,which validates the established system for talent assessment.At last,the methods of organization and implementation are brought up including the procedure,cycle and assessed population,as well as supporting measures for the perfection of the assessment system including strengthen the dynamic improvement of the system,perfecting relevant mechanisms of the system and establishing an assessment library.
