Research On The Development Factors And Strategic Positioning Of Sports Institutes In Sports Colleges

In order to conduct Sports power,the Chinese Central Committee and the State General Administration of Sports have deepened the supply-side reform of sports talents,encourage sports colleges to set up sports institutes,the development of new sports institute in sports colleges have a direct bearing on the quality of our country’s competitive sport,whether the sports college can live up to people’s expectations and overcome difficulties depends on the construction of hardware facilities,and it is necessary to launch theoretical research.Based on the current situation of the development of sports colleges,this paper makes a systematic analysis and uses the research results of higher education and strategic management theory,through the methods of Literature Review,interview,questionnaire and SWOT analysis,analyze the factors that affect the development of the sports academy,and get the SWOT factors of the development of the sports academy and its strategy positioning.the main conclusions are as follows:1.The internal factors of the development of sports colleges are manifested in the advantages of the clear orientation of talents training goals,the enhancement of teachers’ teaching concentration,the distinctive features of the talents training,and relying on the training conditions of talents in colleges and universities,there are disadvantages such as lack of funds and resources,lack of management structure,lack of target orientation and training process,lack of scientific research output and transformation ability.2.The external factors of the development of sports colleges are shown as the opportunities such as the attention of school leaders,the guidance of national policies,the diversification of market demand,and the sharing of resources with sports associations,the strategic layout of National Competitive Sports,the comprehensive influence of colleges,the evaluation of student employment and employing units,the difficulties in the integration of sports and education;3.The development of sports colleges should adopt a pioneering strategy,which belongs to the strength type and has a strategic intensity coefficient of p>0.5.They should take active and pioneering strategic measures,that is to take advantage of the internal advantages and seize the external opportunities,to improve the quality of training and comprehensive influence of the College of Sports;4.Through an empirical analysis,it is concluded that the strategic orientation of the future development of the Chinese track and field sports institute is to rely on the advantages of Beijing sports university in running a school,improve the system and mechanism,develop healthily,and reform the talent training mode,stick to the road of Characteristic College.
