Study On Emergency Management Mechanism Of Public Health Emergencies In Universities In Zunyi

In recent years,the outbreak of public health and safety incidents in Colleges and universities presents an increasing situation and trend year by year,which seriously affects the education and learning life order of colleges and universities,and brings many adverse factors and influences to our students’ families,schools and society,and also brings great opportunities and challenges to our university management.When some public health and health emergencies occur in schools,many colleges and universities often can not quickly and effectively coordinate the resources of all parties to quickly solve the emergencies.School is a special intensive occasion,and the campus is a place where the population density is very large and the range of activities is relatively intensive.Therefore,the university is basically a high-risk area for the outbreak of public health events.Once the outbreak of public health emergencies,it is easy to form a large area of contact with the public health.By analyzing the current situation of public health emergency management in some universities in Zunyi City,we know the problems of the emergency management mechanism,such as the establishment of the emergency management mechanism but not effectively implemented,the imperfect emergency plan,the improvement of the recovery mechanism and the improvement of the security mechanism.According to the causes of these problems,we should build and improve the emergency management system of public health emergencies in Colleges and universities.The first part of this paper is the introduction,starting from the research background and significance of the topic,expounds the research views put forward by scholars at home and abroad in the field of public health emergency management mechanism,and introduces the research content and research methods used in this paper in detail;the second part mainly expounds the core concepts and related theories of this paper,and gives a brief introduction to public health emergencies in Colleges and universities This paper introduces the concept,characteristics and classification of emergency management and emergency management mechanism,and expounds the crisis management theory and collaborative governance theory used in this paper.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation of emergency management of universities in Zunyi City,taking universities in Zunyi City of Guizhou Province as the research object,through the investigation of university management in Zunyi City,using the literature review method The fourth and fifth part is to deeply analyze the existing problems and the causes of public health emergencies in Colleges and universities,and put forward scientific suggestions for improving the emergency management mechanism of public health emergencies in Colleges and universities in Zunyi from four aspects: improving the emergency prevention mechanism,improving the emergency disposal mechanism,improving the emergency recovery mechanism,and consolidating the security mechanism,And path selection.
