| In order to realize the modernization of education basically in 2020,our country formulated the Rural Teacher Support Plan(2015-2020)in 2015,to increase the overall allocation of rural teacher resources and to build a team of rural teachers with excellent quality,willing dedication,rooting in the countryside and supporting the modernization of education.In 2019,China Education Modernization 2035 says,to promote the popularization of education at all levels with the focus on rural areas,and to build a team of high-quality,professional and innovative teachers.In 2019,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed the strategic task of rural revitalization.As is known to all,the most difficult place and the greatest potential for the national development are in the countryside.Revitalizing rural education is the due meaning of rural revitalization strategy,and the key to rural education development lies in the development of rural teachers.Especially in the context of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,which was proposed in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,the primary task of realizing the modernization of education governance is to realize the modernization of rural education governance,and rural education governance is inseparable from the management of rural teachers.The research of the rural teacher management modernization can provide a realistic path for improving the management system about the rural teachers,helping the characteristic development of schools,promoting the professional development of teachers,realizing the revitalization of rural education and promoting the modernization of national education.This study carries out a typical case analysis on the investigated situation of the rural teacher management modernization in S County,demonstrating the necessity and feasibility of the rural teacher management modernization under the background of modernization.Meanwhile,it is hoped to make a useful exploration for the rural teacher management modernization in the course of discussing some problems existing in it.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the origin of the research problem,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,the relevant research results at home and abroad,the purpose of the research and the research methods,and innovation points.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and analytical framework of the research.By combing the literature review and combined with my own cognition and thoughts,the Humanism Theory,the Teacher Professional Development Theory and the Hierarchy of Needs Theory are chosen to lay a solid theoretical basis for the development of this research.Based on these theories,the overall framework of this study is formed.The third chapter is the typical case study of the rural teacher management of S county in Zhoukou,Henan,which mainly adopts questionnaire survey and selects some rural teachers in S county as the research objects,is used to obtain first-hand information to analyze the current situation of the rural teacher management and problems in S county from the government,the school and teacher themself respectively.The fourth chapter is to analyze the problems and the difficulties existing in the process of the rural teacher management modernization from the management system,school-based teacher management and teacher’s own development respectively,which is based on the questionnaire survey and combined with the interviews of some rural teachers in S County.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures to promote the rural teacher management modernization,and the countermeasures are as follows: to implement the government’s service mechanism for teacher management;to build a professional management system for teachers;to strengthen the independent consciousness of the rural teacher in their management and development. |
