At present,At present,the problem of "rural education" has become the top priority of education reform.How to improve the education level of farmers and realize the overall improvement of farmers' quality has become an urgent problem to be solved.The development of rural education can not be separated from the development of rural teachers.The development of rural teachers can not be separated from the effective management of rural primary school teachers.The effective management of rural primary school teachers is an indispensable driving force for the new round of basic education reform.With the rapid development of rural economy in recent years,the hardware conditions of rural primary schools have gradually improved,but the overall weak management of rural primary school teachers is still pure,which restricts the development of education.Therefore,we must analyze and study the difficulties of current rural teacher management and put forward corresponding countermeasures.On the basis of careful analysis of rural education,this paper mainly adopts four research methods: literature,questionnaire,interview and data analysis(based on the data from the previous questionnaire).It explores the current situation and problems of rural primary school teachers' management in Huludao City,Liaoning Province,and finally puts forward relevant strategies,aiming at a comprehensive and systematic exploration.The management of rural primary school teachers in Huludao City,Liaoning Province.Questionnaire and interview outline are designed around the management of rural primary school teachers' employment,training,evaluation and incentive,and a lot of investigation and research are carried out.In the course of the research,we found that the main problems include: the imperfect employment system of rural primary school teachers;the evaluation of rural primary school teachers is out of practice;the training efficiency of rural primary school teachers is not high;and the incentive of rural primary school teachers is not in place.The causes of the problems are: low management level of school administrators;lack of teacher management and democratic supervision system;lagging behind campus cultureconstruction and lack of deep connotation;too much administrative intervention and one-sided evaluation of teachers.The author puts forward strategies to improve the management of rural primary school teachers.Firstly,innovate the employment mechanism and standardize the teacher selection system,such as standardizing the selection process and methods,paying attention to the appointment and training of new teachers and helping new teachers to make a good career planning;secondly,carry out step-by-step and sustainable development of education and training;thirdly,formulate a scientific and effective basis for rural primary school teachers.The evaluation criteria of the exhibition include scientifically determining the evaluation criteria of teachers' performance,establishing the evaluation criteria combining reward and punishment evaluation with comprehensive evaluation,paying attention to the evaluation of teachers' multi-subject participation;fourth,refining incentive strategies,paying equal attention to both spiritual and material incentives,such as refining incentive strategies according to work needs.Thus,it improves the basis for expanding the research field of rural primary school teachers' management,especially provides an effective development idea for building an operable platform for rural primary school teachers' management.
