Since 2015,the state has strengthened the importance of rural grassroots education,and increased the financial input,policy support and institutional guarantee for rural grassroots education.School at the same time,we also need to set up a comprehensive system of school-based teacher management system to strengthen the construction of teachers team,in this paper,based on the theory of school-based management theory,under the teachers' management of the general theory and structural functionalism,under the support of Q middle school in Kunming,Yunnan province to school-based teacher management system as an example,deeply analyze the current school-based teachers in rural middle school management system,management mode and teacher professional development,the deep reason of slow development of rural middle school education teaching,and from the idea of system building system,rules,system,organization system and operation system is analyzed to explore the four aspects,The solution is found through the construction of the benign relationship between teachers and school and school system.In this paper,through literature method,interview method and case analysis method,analysis and research at home and abroad school-based management theory and school-based teacher management system,under the guidance of the theory analysis of the plight of the rural middle school school-based teacher management system construction,forming reason,through the combination of theory and practice of form,explore to solve problems in the construction of the rural middle school school-based teacher management system of countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research ideas and research methods,and summarizes the school-based teacher management system.The second part takes the academic foundation of the innovation of school-based teacher management system as the main line and provides the theoretical foundation for the design of the next part of school-based teacher management system.The third part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the concept system,rules system,organization system and operation system of school-based teacher management system in Q middle school in Kunming city,Yunnan province.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the concept,rules,organization and operation of the school-based teacher management system in Q middle school.The fifth part is to find out the countermeasures to the predicament of the construction of the school-based teacher management system in Q middle school,improve and optimize the construction of the school-based teacher management system through theoretical guidance,and improve the school efficiency.
