The Research On The Current Situation Of Health Care Work In Public Kindergartens In Rural Areas Of Chongqing

Chongqing is characterized by the dual structure of "big city and big countryside",and there is a big difference between urban and rural areas.At the same time,the number of children in rural kindergartens is twice that in urban kindergartens.Therefore,rural kindergartens play a very important role in the development of preschool education in Chongqing.In 2018,the National Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)gave priority to developing rural education.In this context,Chongqing is vigorously developing the cause of preschool education in rural areas,and the number of rural public kindergartens is continuing to increase.In the rural public kindergartens have been concerned about the current,the effective implementation of health care work in rural public kindergartens is an important guarantee for the long-term development of rural public kindergartens.The Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial Implementation)clearly points out that "kindergartens must put the protection of children’s lives and the promotion of children’s health at the top of their work".Kindergarten health care work is closely related to children’s life and health.Kindergarten promotes children’s physical and mental health growth through scientific arrangement and planning of children’s daily life,providing nutritious meals,strengthening disease prevention and treatment and carrying out mental health education.Therefore,how to do a good job of health care in rural public gardens in Chongqing is also a problem that preschool education workers in Chongqing need to think about and solve.This study of Chongqing rural public health care-associated kindergarten personnel(including kindergarten,preschool teachers,health care,the nurse and the cook,etc.)as the research object,mainly adopts questionnaire investigation method,composed by the Chongqing rural public health care status of kindergarten survey questionnaire for 360 rural public kindergartens in Chongqing range health care infrastructure equipment,health care system,health care management,health care related personnel and responsibilities,sanitation and disinfection,mental health,accidental injury prevention and treatment status quo investigation etc.,supplemented by interviews and observation,8 public kindergartens in rural areas(covering the main urban area,western Chongqing area,northeastern Chongqing area and southeastern Chongqing area,including 2first-level kindergartens,2 second-level kindergartens,2 third-level kindergartens and 2ungraded kindergartens)were interviewed and observed on the spot.Through the investigation,this study found that the main problems existed in the health care work of Chongqing rural public kindergartens are :(1)The serious shortage of personnel and the on-duty personnel do not meet the job requirements;(2)Lack of humanization in class infrastructure;(3)The implementation of the health care system is not in place;(4)The health care management of the kindergarten is not strict;(5)Lack of refinement in sanitary and disinfection measures;(6)The kindergarten lacks practical exercises for children’s accidental injury prevention and treatment;(7)The intensity of mental health care in kindergartens is weak.Based on this,this study puts forward the following thoughts and suggestions from the internal and external perspectives of rural public kindergartens in Chongqing:(1)Improve the organizational structure of health care work,establish garden-based health care supervision and evaluation standards;(2)To add and improve the health care infrastructure and equipment in the kindergartens;(3)To strengthen the management of health care work in the kindergarten;(4)Continuously strengthen the training and research on health care for all kinds of staff in the kindergarten;(5)Strengthen the safety awareness of health care and education personnel,and regularly carry out accidental injury drills in kindergartens;(6)Home linkage,focusing on children’s mental health care.External perspectives of rural public parks :(1)The government needs to increase the special funds for health care work and the staffing of health care personnel;(2)Improve the working mechanism of health care management departments,and implement the combination of supervision and guidance;(3)Education authorities build a platform to form a pair of urban public gardens and rural public gardens.
