| As of the end of 2020,the scale of China’s floating population is about 376 million.Compared with the data of the sixth national census in 2010,the number of floating population has increased by 69.73%.In addition,in recent years,"familyized" flows have gradually replaced the earlier "individualized" flows.As the main form of population migration,the number of migrant children has also increased,and the residential characteristics have also shown a long-term trend.At the same time,the development of migrant children in cities is also facing different challenges at different levels.In the face of such a special and huge group,how to eliminate the long-term dualistic household registration and the institutional and non-institutional barriers formed in the economic system,so that migrant children can obtain equal space for survival and development is also a core issue of social concern.Therefore,this article takes the migrant child service project of Shenzhen N Social Work Agency as the research object,and analyzes its actions in improving the development plight of migrant children in an in-depth manner,hoping to provide some reference for the practice of promoting migrant children to obtain equal development.Under the guidance of structured theory,this article uses qualitative research methods,after 4 months of participatory observation,and conducts in-depth interviews with 3 social workers and 16 migrant children from N social work organizations.The children’s service project documents and official account data are research samples to explore the causes of migrant children’s developmental difficulties and the actions taken by the project services,and then summarize social work action strategies to improve the developmental difficulties of migrant children.First,it analyzes the causes of the developmental difficulties of migrant children,and believes that the developmental difficulties of migrant children are related to the social structure and the process of two-way construction of individuals.The actions taken by the migrant children service project of the N social work organization mainly include: at the social structure level,it is committed to building a community mutual aid network,promoting the participation of multiple subjects and promoting the change of existing policies;at the individual level,it is committed to improving individual action ability and reflection ability.Based on this analysis of the migrant children’s services and effectiveness provided by the project,the following four points of experience have been obtained: First,the current development of migrant children is the result of two-way interaction between structure and individuals;second,the practice of taking into account individual abilities and structural characteristics is beneficial Improve the development status of migrant children;third,individual empowerment can help change individual cognition and enhance individual abilities;fourth,the use of new media and art carriers for social advocacy can help attract more subjects to participate.Finally,based on the service content of the project,this paper reflects on the challenges that may be encountered in the practice of the project,and puts forward that in the service practice of the development of migrant children,firstly,it is necessary to pay attention to the coverage of basic services and avoid the internalization of service objects;Second,the cognitive differences between parents and children should be narrowed to avoid the conflict between parents and children.Third,the negative remarks should be clarified in time to avoid self-assimilation of service objects;Fourth,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of volunteers and avoid the service objects being instrumentalized,so as to provide reference for social work organizations. |
