Since the reform and opening up in the 20 th century,great changes have taken place in China’s political and economic system and economic structure.The development of market economy has also changed the social structure.A large number of agricultural people have poured into the cities,and the foreign population has gradually become an urban group that can not be ignored.Therefore,in recent years,the Chinese government has formulated a large number of preferential policies to alleviate the housing,work,registered residence and other problems of the urban floating population.With a large number of migrant population taking root in cities,migrant children have gradually become a part of the urban population.When migrant children first come to a new environment,the spatial mobility disrupts their original social support network,and the parent-child relationship,as one of the few social support networks in their new environment,has a great impact on the physical and mental development of migrant children.If the parent-child relationship of migrant children has problems,it will even have a great negative impact on their world outlook,outlook on life,and values.This study takes the mobile families in Y community as the service object,and understands the current situation of mobile families in Y community through the preliminary investigation of mobile families in Y community.Then,with the help of community leaders,seven groups of families were recruited as service objects,and their problems and needs were evaluated.On this basis,under the guidance of family system theory and social learning theory,intervene in the three systems of child system,parent system and parent-child system respectively,and design corresponding group activities,including 5 activities of child system,5 activities of parent system and 3 activities of parent-child system.It is planned to improve the parent-child relationship of migrant children through these 13 activities.For the effect of intervention,this study adopts two evaluation methods: process evaluation and result evaluation.The result evaluation is divided into group goal achievement evaluation,pre-test and post test data evaluation and group satisfaction evaluation.Through the intervention in the improvement of parent-child relationship of migrant children in Y community,this study found that there are some problems in migrant families,such as single content of parent-child communication,lack of correct parent-child view of parents,weak awareness of family rules between parents and children,low frequency of parent-child interaction,weak social support network and so on.These problems will have a negative impact on the parent-child relationship of migrant children.On the basis of analyzing the problems and their causes,the author intervenes in the three systems respectively.In the process of intervention,it is found that the demand of migrant families for improving the parent-child relationship of migrant children is urgent.The family system theory has advantages in improving the parent-child relationship of migrant children.In the process of improving the parent-child relationship of migrant children,we should pay attention to cultivating the internal power of migrant families.Finally,from the process evaluation and result evaluation,it can be seen that social work plays a positive role in improving the parent-child relationship of migrant children to a great extent.
