Financial Analysis Of Tal Based On Harvard Analytical Framework Research On Performance Improvement

In recent years,with the improvement of parents’ attention to children’s education,private education plays a more and more important role in the whole education system.With the promulgation of the law of the People’s Republic of China on the promotion of national education(hereinafter referred to as the law on the promotion of private education),private education has entered the spring of development.The sustainable development of enterprises requires financial management to provide more accurate and detailed analysis in order to make appropriate decisions.The company’s financial statements can not only reflect the financial situation,but also reflect the business level of the enterprise.Since its listing,the market value of Tal has been rising,and it has become the highest market value enterprise in the education industry in 2017.In the final analysis,it is because tal is facing changes in market competition,adjusting its strategy appropriately and moving forward.This paper selects tal education group as the research object,uses Harvard analysis framework to analyze tal’s financial situation as a whole,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions for improving financial performance.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of this study,discusses and comments on the relevant financial analysis theories at home and abroad,and finally explains the content and framework of this study.The second chapter describes the traditional methods and defects of financial statement analysis,briefly explains the basic principles of Harvard analysis framework,and finally introduces the definition and evaluation methods of financial performance.The third chapter first briefly analyzes the current situation of domestic K12 extracurricular training industry,introduces tal company and analyzes its main business,and finally analyzes tal education group with SWOT analysis method.The fourth chapter first identifies the key accounting policies,and then analyzes the accounting statements of Tal education group,so that we have a preliminary understanding of tal.In the fifth chapter,through the analysis of debt paying ability,profitability,operation ability and growth ability,combined with Du Pont analysis method,we can comprehensively evaluate the financial situation of tal.In the sixth chapter,according to the previous analysis and the latest financial statements,we diagnose the current difficulties and risks of tal.The seventh chapter draws the conclusion of the study,and puts forward suggestions for improving the financial performance.Due to the limitation of data and ability,the paper is inevitably insufficient.
