According to the Monitoring and Investigation Report on Migrant Workers released by the National Bureau of Statistics over the years,the number of migrant workers in China is growing year by year,and the current total has reached more than290 million.Among them,migrant workers employed in the tertiary industry accounted for 51% of the total number of workers in the industry.It can be seen that the current migrant workers have a strong willingness to work in the tertiary industry.Property service company belong to the tertiary industry,in which more than 70%of the front-line positions are migrant workers.Because the recruitment threshold is relatively low,the employment environment is relatively ideal for migrant workers to work in cities.By maintaining stable employment in property service company,migrant workers can not only obtain economic income through multiple channels,accumulate their own human capital and enhance their integration into urban life,but also promote the citizenization process of rural migrant population and promote the healthy and efficient development of property service company.Therefore,this paper studies the employment stability of migrant workers in front-line positions of property service company in Chongqing,finds out the significant factors affecting the employment stability,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,the author through to the employment stability is related to a lot of reading Chinese and foreign literature,in combination with academic predecessors of the existing theoretical basis,establish the factors affecting the stability of migrant workers employment is divided into five dimensions,namely the "personal factors characteristics,the characteristics of human capital,the enterprise employment,social security,urban integration features".Secondly,on this basis,this paper conducted an investigation and study on the employment status of front-line migrant workers in Chongqing property service company by means of questionnaires.The obtained survey data was brought into SPSS V21.0 software for statistical analysis,so as to obtain the current employment status of front-line migrant workers in Chongqing property service company.By constructing a binary Logistic regression model,this paper analyzes and excavates the sample data of front-line migrant workers in Chongqing property service company,and finally obtains the significant factors affecting the employment stability of migrant workers.Through this study,the author found that the significant factors affecting the stable employment of front-line migrant workers in Chongqing property service company include "age,education level,skill certificate,skill proficiency,frequency of vocational training,salary income,government policies,urban integration,and residence".In view of the above significant influencing factors,the author believes that employment stability should be improved from the following three aspects: First,migrant workers need to participate in continuing education to promote the improvement of academic qualifications;Migrant workers need to acquire skills certificates to deepen their expertise.Second,property service company need to pay attention to the psychological counseling of employees,to promote the formation of professional mentality of employees;Property service company need to strengthen staff training,strengthen the professional quality of migrant workers;property service company need to create a better future with employees through reasonable distribution of compensation.Third,the government needs to balance public service policies and reform the urban and rural household registration system.Change migrant workers’ concept of living and solve the housing problem practically.
