Since the implementation of reform and opening up,many workers living in rural areas have begun to shift to cities,accelerating the process of economic development and urbanization.Later,the new generation of migrant workers this group,the traditional generation of migrant workers due to age reasons behind the society,gradually have returned to home endowment,and the size of the new generation of migrant workers is gradually growing,become the main construction of urban and rural,the new generation of migrant workers can stable employment relationship with national stable long-term development,also related to the country’s employment environment is good.They go to the city to work precisely because they want to integrate into the city and want to live like the city people,but in fact many new generation of migrant workers are still marginalized by the city.The current employment situation is relatively tight,a post is difficult to find,the competition is relatively fierce,resulting in the employment of the new generation of migrant workers more difficult.When their salaries and pay do not match what they expect,they change jobs frequently to get better jobs or more pay,so their jobs become unstable and less stable.At present,most of the new generation of migrant workers are employed in traditional industries,such as manufacturing,service industry,etc.These industries usually have a large demand for workers,and have strong employee mobility,and relatively low requirements for the quality of employees.Therefore,these jobs often have low wages and poor benefits,which will lead to frequent changes of jobs and will not stay in the same position.The report of the Party’s twenty National Congress was presented,We will strengthen the employment-first policy,improve the mechanism for promoting employment,and promote high-quality and full employment.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the employment stability problem of the new generation of migrant workers.By investigating the employment situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Xiamen,using the principle of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to establish logistic regression model.First of all,the employment situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Xiamen was collected by questionnaire survey,and summarized the various factors based on the current research situation at home and abroad.Then SPSS software was used to input the data model for regression analysis,and then the regression results were explained and discussed.Studies show that Xiamen new generation migrant workers employment stability is not high,among them,the age,work environment satisfaction,employment income,daily working hours,social insurance pay,living conditions,spiritual and cultural life satisfaction,into the city degree of these several factors have significant influence on the new generation employment stability of migrant workers.Finally,based on the actual employment situation from three aspects of government,enterprises and individuals put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,provide powerful reference for the national government policy,to speed up the system reform,establish a new generation of migrant workers employment service system,improve the working environment of the new generation of migrant workers and living conditions,improve wage level,strengthen vocational skills training to help improve the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers,also for the local government to formulate reasonable and scientific policy to provide theoretical reference.
