The global epidemic of new crown pneumonia in 2020 is a great test for our study abroad market.Having said that,studying abroad is a very important life experience for more Chinese students.So the service industry is facing a great test,but it also has unprecedented opportunities.How to make the service enterprises win in various market competitions and how to do the marketing work in place will become the key content of the enterprises winning in the market.Therefore,as a CW overseas study service center,how to combine the development of overseas study service department,set up specific marketing measures to ensure that enterprises gain initiative in market competition is the main value of this study.This research is based on the analysis path of "give problem-study problem-handle problem ",using literature analysis,case study and field investigation method,CW overseas study service center as the main object of analysis to analyze its marketing method,using marketing management theory and method,according to the objective situation of CW overseas study service center combined with the current marketing countermeasures of the overseas study service center,this paper discusses the problems in the marketing countermeasures of the center,and gives the detailed countermeasures.The conclusion of this study includes :(1)this paper explains the research environment of overseas study marketing,collates the research situation at home and abroad,and introduces the research contents,research methods and innovation points of this paper.Moreover,the definition of this paper covers marketing,marketing countermeasures and organization of study abroad,and the theories used such as 4 Ps marketing theory is explained,which lays a theoretical foundation for the introduction of the following text.Using the field investigation,according to the objective situation of the CW study abroad service center,the marketing countermeasures of the CW study abroad service center are introduced in detail,including market orientation,product scheme,price scheme,channel scheme,etc.(3)On the premise of introducing the objective situation of its marketing strategy,further analysis CW the marketing strategy of overseas study service center has the problems of vague market positioning,insufficient price countermeasures,less product characteristics and less marketing means.(4)CW various problems in the marketing strategy of the overseas study service center,we should first position the market,and then give some purposeful and scientific measures based on the various fields of product,price,channel and promotion.This paper uses the theoretical knowledge and methods of marketing to set up the marketing method of CW overseas study service center,and then helps the CW overseas study service center to improve the service quality and provide more first-class overseas study consultation and processing service for customers.In addition,it can also bring some inspiration to other study abroad agents. |
