In recent years,with the continuous increase of residents' income,modern people's living conditions are getting better and better,and they are yearning for a high-quality life,high-quality education,and the family level has paid more attention to the issue of early education,which greatly promotes the development of the early education market.At present,the early education market in domestic cities has shown fierce competition,and the competition strategies and methods adopted by early education centers in the region to compete for limited students are endless.However,many early education institutions clearly do not match actual service levels and capabilities in terms of advertising and service commitments.Facing the complex and changing market competition environment,find out its own advantages and disadvantages,adopt better services,effectively improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty,and enable early education institutions to stand out and develop in the highly competitive market.For the development of the AS Early Education Center in Xi'an,this is a key task that needs to be solved urgently.This article takes the Xi'an AS Early Education Center as the research object,takes service marketing related theories as guidance,reads a large number of theoretical literatures and conducts early education market research,and uses practical research and theory combined research methods to match the marketing practice of early education institutions.Contact,and then explore the service marketing strategy of Xi'an AS Early Education Center.This article first analyzes the marketing status and existing problems of AS Early Education Center.Then by analyzing the macro and micro environment of AS Early Education Center,the company's SWOT analysis is clarified.Based on the analysis of STP,the service marketing strategy is comprehensively designed,which includes product,price,channel,promotion,personnel communication,physical display,and process strategy.Finally,the guarantee measures for the implementation of AS early education center service marketing strategy are proposed,including strengthening human resources construction,controlling early education center operating costs,strengthening early education center information construction,smooth corporate culture and external communication.It is hoped that the analysis and discussion in this article will not only lay the foundation for the improvement of the service marketing level of the AS Early Education Center in Xi'an,but also provide a certain reference for the early education institutions of similar size in China.
