Promote the development of preschool education to deepen reform specification,must promote the kindergarten’s own organizational change,and numerous studies have shown that: organizational change must rely on the construction of organizational culture with since the advent of the era of media,We Chat public platform for its timeliness,interactivity gradually become kindergarten garden management by information transmission,home produced,new channels,are constantly changing the kindergarten organization culture reengineering and the communication process,it breaks the "wall" between different organizational culture between kindergarten,kindergarten,parents,community become a connection of "bridge",to strengthen the organization members,and to outsiders "things here is how to be done".Based on mass communication theory,drama theory and other relevant theories,this study explores the value,significance and mechanism of We Chat public platform in organizational culture communication of kindergartens from the perspective of "ritual view" of communication.Combined with the analysis of objective reality and with the help of drama theory,this paper tries to grasp the possibility and possible process of organizational culture construction based on We Chat public platform on the whole,and constructs the full text with relevant concepts in drama theory.The research takes Chengdu A Kindergarten as the research object,virtual ethnography as the main research method,A Kindergarten We Chat public platform as A virtual field,through non-participatory observation,the history and scientific research culture of A Kindergarten are understood and analyzed from articles pushed on the platform.On the basis of the theory of communication,to A kindergarten We Chat public platform in March 2019-February 2020 among the 220 articles,in March 2020-February 2021 among the 161 articles as samples,from the article,agenda setting,the author of an article genre,object,scope of A kindergarten We Chat investigates the real transformation of the public platform,and A kindergarten We Chat director role transformation of the public platform are analyzed: the director in the cultural leadership role,the role of the teachers become storytellers.In combination with theoretical research and practical investigation,researchers try to put forward the possible path of organizational culture construction of kindergarten based on We Chat public platform from concept to action.
