It is an important part of the ideal society,an important step for China to move towards a harmonious society,and an inevitable demand for the present trend of fine parenting in China.But at present,our country still has a long distance from "having a child" and "having a good child ",which is mainly reflected in the large gap between urban and rural parenting caused by the imperfect preschool education system in our country,the great pressure of raising children in double-working families,and the unreasonable parenting methods of some infants and young children.At present,our country attaches great importance to the construction of inclusive preschool education system in the central and western regions.For example,the Ministry of Education,in its response to Recommendation No.8061 of the Third Session of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress,mentioned : " Focus on supporting rural areas in the central and western regions to expand inclusive preschool resources and improve the mechanism of preschool education system." Based on this consideration,children’s homes,as a kind of inclusive preschool resources,play an important role in filling the public service system of preschool education.At present,children’s homes have been carried out in many provinces of China,and Chongqing,as a pilot place,has rich experience.This experience has great reference value for the development of children’s homes in other provinces and cities and the continuous improvement of preschool education system.Therefore,this study takes the key model children’s home ——H community children’s home in Shapingba District of Chongqing as the research object,according to the logical structure of "practical investigation theory —— case analysis —— path summary ",adopts case study method and assists interview method.The purpose of this study is to reveal the environmental factors that need to be taken into account in the location of the public service platform for preschool education by explaining the humanistic and geographical characteristics of the H community.Secondly,this study restores the location and establishment process of the H community children’s home,and points out how to use all kinds of help to realize the "child care" in the construction process of the H community children’s home through government support,expert guidance and social force intervention,in order to reveal the support needed for the success of the child care;Finally,this study will take the successful experience of H community children’s home as an example to sum up the realization path of "young education" in each link.Children’s Home is the hard target of China’s children’s development program,the starting point and step of China’s future construction of "child-friendly community" and "child-friendly city ",and a link in the public service system of preschool education.The success of H community children’s home is also the embodiment of children’s home towards standardization and institutionalization.It is an important step to realize " young education " and " young education ".At today’s children’s homes,in the establishment of various inclusive early education platforms,the successful experience of building H community children’s homes not only provides an empirical reference for the construction of these early education platforms,including children’s homes.It plays a supporting role in the social public service system and how to truly achieve child education.
