Research On Satisfaction Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Entrepreneurship Policy For College Students In Xuzhou

At present,entrepreneurship has been widely concerned by the society and has become an important national development strategy.College students are important entrepreneurial groups.Promoting college students’ entrepreneurship can not only alleviate the current severe employment situation,but also effectively promote national scientific and technological innovation.Party committees and governments at all levels have issued a series of policies and measures to promote college students’ employment and entrepreneurship.The satisfaction degree of college students’ entrepreneurship policy is an important measure to measure the effect of policy implementation.This paper selects the satisfaction degree of college students’ entrepreneurship policy at the municipal level of Xuzhou city as the research object,and uses the methods of literature research and survey research to carry out the research.Firstly,this paper combs the research achievements of college students’ entrepreneurship policy at home and abroad.After that,it clarifies the concepts of entrepreneurship,college students’ entrepreneurship,college students’ entrepreneurship policy,policy satisfaction and so on,carefully combs the college students’ entrepreneurship policy at the municipal level in Xuzhou,and analyzes the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurship in Xuzhou.Then,on the basis of questionnaire survey,using statistical tools such as one-way ANOVA to study the factors influencing the satisfaction of college students’ entrepreneurship policy in Xuzhou city,it is concluded that the content of entrepreneurship policy,publicity and the administrative efficiency of the government have a significant impact on the satisfaction of college students’ entrepreneurship policy.Finally,the problems and reasons of college students’ entrepreneurship policy are analyzed.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of Xuzhou college students’ entrepreneurship policy.It can be summarized as follows: In terms of content,it is necessary to improve the policy system of college students’ entrepreneurship,improve the financial and tax support,broaden the financing channels of entrepreneurial enterprises,and develop "all-round" entrepreneurship education and training;in terms of publicity,it is necessary to compact the main responsibility of the government and universities,and further optimize the publicity content and methods;in terms of implementation,it is necessary to improve the professional ability and service level of civil servants,improve the administrative efficiency of the government,and at the same time,it is necessary to constantly improve the quality of publicity Improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism of the policy,so as to improve the satisfaction of the policy.
