strategy of building China into a strong sports country.In the overall goal of national development in 2035,it is put forward to gradually build China into a sports power,which will become a landmark cause of national rejuvenation.The strategic significance of ideological and political construction which determines a series of issues such as who to train people for and how to train them.The document of "Jiao Gao [2020] No.3",issued by the Ministry of Education on May 28,2020,The document points out that ideological and political work should be integrated into the whole stages of education,and ideological and political elements fully penetrate into the talent training system.Comprehensively enhance the ideological and political development of university.Curriculum thinking has become an important measure for the continuous reform and implementation of higher education in the new era.Higher education courses have entered the deep water zone,Physical education courses not only need physical strength but also need mental power.PE courses not only improve students ’physical quality level but also cultivate students’ awareness of rules.With rich ideological and political elements,It is the carrier of comprehensive talent training in higher education.It is also the best means to train people through ideological and political education.The research object of this paper is the ideological and political situation of public physical education courses in ordinary universities in Hebei Province,and the research object is the teachers and students of public physical education courses in seven universities: Hebei Normal University,Hebei University of Economics and Business,Hebei University of Geosciences,Hebei Medical University,Shijiazhuang Tiedao University,Hebei University of Science and Technology and Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this paper,the theoretical basis,relevant concepts,goal,value,content and standard of the ideological PE construction are clarified.In this study,the aims to improve the important role of public PE curriculum in the comprehensive education.The results are as follows:(1)"Curriculum thinking" is weak,the educational concept lags behind.The curriculum objective design of PE courses is not clear,teachers’ Curriculum thinking lags behind,teachers emphasize skills rather than "Curriculum thinking".Many PE teachers think that Curriculum thinking is the additional behavior of university PE courses,and lack the overall construction of professional courses.(2)Lack of Curriculum thinking elements.It is difficult for teachers to find a breakthrough point for the integration of Curriculum thinking elements into PE courses.Even though the Curriculum thinking elements are integrated,there are difficulties in Curriculum thinking elements due to their weak political literacy,the lack of teaching team synergy,and the poor design of teaching implementation links.(3)Teaching method is relatively simple.Teachers in all aspects of teaching choose more traditional teaching methods according to the teaching content.A single teaching method is difficult to meet the diversified requirements of students,which affects the realization effect of Curriculum thinking of PE courses.(4)Curriculum thinking is "two skins".Public PE courses teachers value skills and light moral education;some teachers incorporate Curriculum thinking elements in the process of course teaching,but only change the teaching concept to serve the Curriculum thinking education,which leads to the "two skins".(5)The evaluation and guarantee mechanism of ideological and political construction of public PE curriculum is not perfect.The relevant documents of curriculum Curriculum thinking only stay at the theoretical level,the lack of Curriculum thinking evaluation system in classroom teaching,the lack of incentive measures of Curriculum thinking.(6)The construction of teaching resources system is not perfect.It is difficult for teachers to find the entry point in the integration of Curriculum thinking PE courses,and teachers’ ideological and political literacy is weak.There are a series of problems,such as unclear design,lack of teaching team force,and unreasonable selection of cases,which lead to the lack of internal ideological and political resources in the school.Suggestions:(1)Construct a three-stage ideological and political teaching model for public physical education coursesGuide teachers’ behavior from teaching mode,teaching link and evaluation system,and then promote the construction of curriculum ideological and political,forming a good pattern of curriculum ideological and political.(2)Improve the ideological and political teaching designTeaching design link all elements and teaching links closely to form a complete system,so as to guarantee the expected effect of ideological and political thinking in public physical education curriculum.(3)Enhance the subject consciousness of educatorsEstablish a team of high-quality teachers,and carry out ideological and political teaching exchanges through periodic ideological and political meetings,subject teachers,party branch activities,and team communication,help and lead to implement the ideological and political construction of the curriculum.4)Improving the ideological and political support mechanismThe incentive mechanism of curriculum evaluation should be improved to evaluate from multiple perspectives,multiple dimensions and multiple stages,and the evaluation results should be linked with evaluation and recruitment,performance,scientific research,etc.,so as to comprehensively coordinate and cooperate with each other to help ideological and political construction and give full play to the leading role of curriculum evaluation.(5)Be good at using information and give full play to the influence of teachingGive full play to the online platform’s function of information interaction and information transmission to enrich the channels of ideological and political communication.Meanwhile,the online platform is used to build the ideological and political resource platform of public physical education course to give full play to the teaching influence. |
