The The unique traditional sports of minority ethnic groups in Gansu Province have distinct characteristics of fitness,entertainment and education.It is an important part of our sports cause,a precious cultural heritage of our country,and the crystallization of human wisdom,which contains rich historical and cultural information,which records the process of human civilization.In recent years,with the impact of globalization and modernization,in the process of industrialization,urbanization and economic globalization,people's living environment and way of life have all changed,coupled with the unique characteristics of minority traditional sports with easy death and oral instruction,resulting in the speed of loss of minority traditional sports accelerated,part of the Traditional sports of ethnic minorities face the dilemma of losing and dying out.Along with the development of IT technology,in the category of traditional sports culture protection and development of many ethnic minorities,network information protection has become one of the important ways for researchers to interpret and explore it.This research uses network information technology to hold hands with the traditional sports of minority ethnic groups in Gansu Province,and takes the theory construction of network information resource bank of traditional sports of Bao'an,Dongxiang and Yugur as the research object.The human geography environment of Bao'an,Dongxiang and Yugur nationality is one of the basic conditions for the growth of the traditional sports of minority ethnic groups.In the end,the whole operation module and platform management system of the network information resource bank are constructed systematically,and the network information resource bank which is suitable for the inheritance and development of the traditional minority sports project in Gansu province is designed scientifically and systematically.It is concluded that the Bao'an,Dongxiang and Yugur ethnic groups have created a rich and colorful transmission of ethnic minorities in a specific natural environment According to the construction principle,the technical specification of collecting equipment and the advantage function of network information technology,the relevant elements of traditional sports of ethnic minorities are collected and edited fromsound,picture and video to form audio,visual picture and visual video database;The storage and dissemination of traditional sports projects of the Bao'an,Dongxiang and Yugur nationalities is based on the information network platform,and the storage uses the combination of RAM and ROM to realize the long-term storage of data resources,and the communication uses the PC and mobile terminals to spread online,thus forming an effective propaganda system for the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities;Line module is composed of acquisition module,data collation module and storage and dissemination module,and background management is composed of two functional areas: application field and management field.Operation module and background management are the guarantee mechanism for the normal and orderly operation of the whole network information resource bank.Network information resource base is not only the carrier of knowledge,but also the medium of communication.Traditional sports of ethnic minorities can be stored scientifically and widely by means of Internet platform.The author hopes to explore and sum up a more comprehensive network information resource database system through the theoretical construction of the network information resource database of the unique minority sports in Gansu Province,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the next step to realize the construction of the network information resource database.
