| This paper takes the development status and strategies of rural volleyball in Hainan tourism industry as the research object.The tourists who participated in rural volleyball in Haikou,Sanya,Wenchang,Danzhou and Wuzhishan were investigated.By using literature method,expert interview method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,based on the concept,the origin and development,value and characteristics of rural volleyball in Hainan Province,this paper studies and analyzes the resources,market and products of the development status and strategies of rural volleyball in Hainan tourism industry,and draws the following results.First,rural volleyball is hainan unique one of sports projects,initially on the basis of nine people system of volleyball,evolved into the participation form,there is no limit on the number of volleyball can be empty-handed kumite handheld devices,single shoulder pole rally etc.Because the organization form of rural volleyball is flexible and diverse,it is not restricted by the number of participants and other factors,and full of strong interest viewing and entertainment,rural volleyball have been favored by the majority of residents and tourists;The organic integration of rural culture and volleyball culture makes local residents,men and women,old and young,actively participate in the activities of watching,playing and evaluating the ball.The value of rural volleyball is mainly reflected in five aspects: health value,social value,economic value,cultural value and entertainment value.Second,based on RMP theory,the development status and strategies of rural volleyball in Hainan tourism industry is analyzed as follows.1.Resources: Rural volleyball itself has rich resources,outstanding sports culture characteristics,and has more participants;Most of the tourists who participated in the village volleyball came from Hainan,accounting for 73.1%.Male tourists accounted for a large proportion(82.6%);The participating tourists were mainly under the age of 40,accounting for65.4%;The number of tourists participating in rural volleyball is higher with bachelor’s degree and junior college degree,accounting for 59.3%.The product transformation of rural volleyball,which has a low income requirement for tourists,mainly combines rural volleyball with Hainan tourism industry,and becomes Hainan sports tourism characteristic cultural product through packaging,creation,publicity and promotion.2.Market: The forms of tourists’ participation in rural volleyball are mainly ornamental and participatory.At present,the development of rural volleyball is general;Rural volleyball has a wide development prospect in Hainan’s tourism industry.The difficulty of learning rural volleyball is significantly correlated with age of participating tourists(P<0.01).The older you get,the harder it is to learn rural volleyball.The motivation factor analysis results of the tourists participating in rural volleyball in Hainan include enjoyment of fun factor,fitness factor,friendship and communication factor;The time for tourists to participate rural volleyball is 30-60 minutes.Tourists’ experience of participating in rural volleyball is mainly based on physical and mental pleasure to relieve fatigue.The nature and characteristics of rural volleyball itself,the publicity of scenic spots and the importance of the government is three important factors affecting the development of rural volleyball in Hainan’s tourism industry.3.Products: Different forms of rural volleyball products are introduced for people with different ages and physical and mental development characteristics.Combining with the nature and characteristics of rural volleyball itself,the product model of rural volleyball in Hainan tourism industry is summarized,so as to provide reference basis for participating tourists to choose different styles of rural volleyball with different difficulties.Third,the development goals,ideas and strategies of rural volleyball in Hainan tourism industry:1.The development goals: To create a unique cultural card of Hainan rural volleyball tourism through three stages of goal setting.2.The development ideas: Take the rural volleyball resources as the center,realize the integration and development with the tourism resources;To realize the integration development of rural volleyball and tourism industry with the guidance of market demand;With the characteristics of rural volleyball as the center,to realize the coordinated development of products.3.The development strategies: Strengthen the publicity to build the brand image of rural volleyball;The government standardizes the management,creates the high-quality tourism environment;To train rural volleyball professionals and share theories and practices;To create unique rural volleyball events in Hainan scenic spots;The government guides investment to improve the construction of rural volleyball infrastructure;Improve the quality of service to meet the needs of tourists to the maximum;Keep the original ecology of rural volleyball and highlight the
