With the development of society, national health has become an increasingly important research topic.my country’s natural environment and social environment are constantly changing, and environmental conditions have always been one of the main factors affecting population mortality.Based on the perspective of time and space, this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial heterogeneity of my country’s population mortality and its influencing factors.First, analyze the spatio-temporal evolution trend of my country’s population mortality;secondly, after selecting the optimal subset feature, apply the spatio-temporal geographic weighted regression model to conduct empirical research on my country’s population mortality and environmental factors, based on the national perspective and special time nodes for in-depth analysis; Finally, based on provincial differences, analyze the temporal and spatial heterogeneity of the impact of natural and social environments on population mortality. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The population mortality rate in my country from 2004 to 2018 showed an overall upward trend. The growth rate of the population mortality rate changed from high to low,and reached its peak in 2006.In general, the mortality rate of the population in the central and western regions is higher than that in the east, the mortality rate of the population in the northeast has increased over time, and the mortality rate in the northwest has decreased over time.(2)Based on the national perspective, sulfur dioxide emissions have the greatest positive impact on population mortality;wastewater emissions are generally in a negative impact;since 2011,my country has generally maintained sufficient water resources per capita; The number of licensed(assistant)physicians per 10,000 people has always had a negative impact on the population mortality rate, and the impact is getting smaller and smaller;my country’s investment in the number of beds in health institutions around 2005 has been sufficient; At the national level, the impact on population mortality is relatively small.(3)Based on the perspective of provincial differences, the impact of natural environment and social environment on population mortality is heterogeneous in time and space. In the near term, cities such as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Guangdong,Guangxi, and Fujian need to improve their natural environment, while Xinjiang,Tibet,Gansu,Ningxia,Anhui, and Jingjinyi can improve their social environment to reduce population mortality.Innovation:1.At present, most researches on population mortality are limited to a certain province, and regional differences within a province are significantly different from inter-provincial regional differences. This article analyzes inter-provincial differences across the country, and the research scope is broader2.At present, there are few studies that combine the natural environment with the social environment, and few pay attention to the changes in death levels since the 21 st century. This article studies the data from 2004 to 2018,and combines natural and social environmental factors with a broader research perspective3.In the related research, the spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression model is rarely used.According to the research purpose of this article,it is reasonable to adopt the spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression model. The analysis process is based on multiple perspectives, and the conclusions are more pertinent.
