| With the rapid development of social economy,population flow has become a universal phenomenon,the inter-regional population flow has become more frequent and the scale of population flow has been expanding.As a highly developed economy,urban agglomeration is one of the main carriers of floating population,which has strong attraction to the floating population.In this paper,the North Slope City group of Ten-zan,Le Raincy city group,Guanzhong Plain City Group and Ningxia Yanhuang city group are taken as the research object,and 30 prefecture of the People’s Republic of China are taken as the basic research units,based on the 2011-1018 China Migrants Dynamic Survey(CMDS),this paper systematically analyzes whether there is a “Phase difference”in the spatial-temporal pattern of floating population in different urban agglomerations with different development stages and functional structures? In order to find out how the spatial structure of urban agglomeration affects the locational choice of floating population,this paper examines the spatial and temporal differentiation of floating population in the core and periphery of urban agglomeration? In-depth analysis of the impact of urban agglomeration floating population spatial and temporal pattern of factors,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the temporal and spatial pattern of the floating population in the urban agglomeration of Northwest China.The findings suggest:(1)From the perspective of cross-comparison of urban agglomerations,there are differences in the scale,scope and demographic characteristics of population migration in northwest urban agglomerations.The floating population scale of the northwest urban agglomeration is different: the floating population scale of the Le Raincy urban agglomeration is always higher than that of the other three urban agglomerations,followed by the Guanzhong plain urban agglomerations,the floating population in the urban agglomerations along the Yellow River in Ningxia and the northern slope of Ten-zan are relatively small.This seems to mean that the mobility of inter-provincial(regional)urban agglomerations is larger than that of non-provincial(regional)urban agglomerations(Ningxia Yanhuang urban agglomerations,north slope of Ten-zan).The inter-provincial flow is the main part of the population flow in the northwest urban group,half of the floating population comes from outside the province,followed by the inter-city flow(30%)and the inter-county flow(15%),which means that the population flow in the northwest urban group is more extensive and relatively speaking,the attraction to the floating population in the province is limited.From the time dimension,the cross-provincial floating population experienced a short rise and then a continuous decline,while the cross-city and cross-county floating population experienced a long-term continuous rise and then a slow decline.It shows that the attraction of the northwest urban agglomeration to the floating population in the large region is decreasing,the contribution degree of the floating population between cities and counties in the province to the floating population in the urban agglomeration is increasing,and the driving effect of the urban agglomeration on the floating population in the province(region)is gradually emerging.(2)The demographic characteristics of the floating population: as a whole,the floating population is similar to the floating population.The male population has always been the main body of floating population in various urban groups,and the ratio of male to female is seriously unbalanced.With the passage of time,the population pyramid tends to become “More even”and “Aged”.The low-quality population is still the main part of the floating population in the northwest urban agglomeration,but the education level is gradually increasing.The agricultural household registration accounts for 80%of the floating population in the northwest urban agglomerations,especially in the Guanzhong plain urban agglomerations,but the floating population in the Hukou system gradually increases,and the married population is the main part of the floating population in the northwest urban agglomerations.(3)From the aspect of flow intensity,the mobility in the core area of northwest urban agglomeration is greater than that in the periphery area.The core cities in the urban agglomeration attract more trans-provincial floating population,and the secondary node cities replace the core cities as the attracting center of trans-county floating population.There is a significant correlation between urban class and floating area,that is,the floating area of floating population tends to shrink as the city class of urban agglomeration moves down.The higher the city grade is,the more it attracts the long-distance floating population.When the city grade moves down,the marginal area attracts the short-distance floating population more.The spatial structure of urban agglomeration is the main factor controlling this pattern.(4)Population mobility is the result of thrust-pull force.The factors that influence the spatial-temporal pattern of population mobility have both commonness and difference among the four urban agglomerations in northwest China.The average number of employed workers and the ratio of tertiary sector of the economy to GDP have a positive effect on the cross-provincial and cross-city floating population,and the number of doctors has a significant positive effect on cross-county floating population.From the perspective of different urban agglomerations,the influencing factors of different urban agglomerations are also very different. |
