Research On The Intervention Of Psychosocial Therapy Model In Youth Marriage Fear

In the new era,young people’s views on marriage and love have undergone a great change.Marriages in the first quarter of 2018 were down 29.5 percent from their peak in 2013,adding to the trend.The problem of young people’s fear of marriage will have a negative impact on personal role playing,demand satisfaction,social population renewal,pension mode,etc.Through in-depth interviews with a number of young people in H city who are afraid of marriage,this paper summarizes the specific status quo of the problem of young people in H city.Under the guidance of psychosocial treatment model,this paper discusses the causes of marriage fear among young people in H city,and puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions.So as to help the young people in H city to weaken and eliminate the negative emotional impact of marriage fear,restore the balance of body and mind,develop self-function,construct a correct view of marriage and love,and treat marriage rationally.In the overall research framework,there are mainly the following parts:The first part,introduction.This part describes the research background,significance and literature review of young people’s fear of marriage,and introduces the research ideas,research methods and theoretical basis of this paper.The second part discusses the current situation of young people’s marriage fear in H city.Based on the interview data,this part summarizes the psychological dimension of the young people in H city who are afraid of marriage,such as the loss of job promotion opportunity,the loss of part of themselves,the fear of "not meeting people well" and the fear of failing marriage expectation.From the social dimension,the specific manifestation of fear of marriage is the lack of marriage candidates,the inability to afford marriage expenses,the breakdown of marriage relationship,and the reduction of life quality.The third part analyzes the reasons of the young people in H city’s fear of marriage.This part has discussed the reasons of formation of H city youth fear marriage,including low self-esteem,excessive marriage liability concerns,bad dating experience and psychological reasons of deviation of marriage values and serious marriage squeeze phenomenon,high economic costs,negative marriage dating public opinion,extreme risk awareness of social reasons.The fourth part,put forward the strategy and suggestion of H city youth marriage fear problem.This part puts forward the promotion strategies of rebuilding marriage and love confidence,strengthening social support network,vowing bad marriage and love emotions,and reconstructing healthy marriage and love values at the psychological level of the young people in H city.And social level to alleviate the severe form of marriage squeeze,promote the "low carbon economy" of happy marriage,create a positive social opinion of marriage and love,maintain a rational awareness of marriage risk improvement strategies.At the end of this paper,the author summarized and reflected on the advantages of psychosocial treatment mode in intervening the marriage-fear problem of young people in H city,and reflected on the limitations of psychosocial treatment mode in intervening the marriage-fear problem of young people in H city.
