Research On Improving Interpersonal Competence Of People With Disabilities Under Psychosocial Treatment Model

This research collects data by participating in observations and in-depth interviews.It uses the psychosocial treatment model as a theoretical guide and uses case work methods to professionally intervene in a mentally handicapped middle-aged mentally handicapped person from three aspects: physical,psychological,and social.The purpose is to improve the interpersonal skills of the client,explore effective ways to improve the quality of life of the disabled,and provide practical references for interpersonal interactions with the disabled.At the physiology level,with the principle of "admission,support,and protection",we carry out two services,focusing on assisted health care,helping the owner to master mental health knowledge,enhance physical fitness,and release physiological stress,both psychologically and socially.To lay the foundation for intervention,in the psychological level,to focus on direct treatment skills,to explore,accept and promote the intervention of the main line,carry out six services,respectively,to guide the owner to correctly understand themselves and the disability itself,enhance interpersonal confidence and initiative,Learning interpersonal communication skills;At the societal level,indirect treatment techniques are mainly used to carry out three services,and comprehensively mobilize the case-family system,peer systems,and community systems to expand the network of the pros and cons.Finally,through the evaluation and conclusion,the author draws the following conclusions: First,the psychological level is the focus on the basis of the physiological level,and the social level is consolidated.The three-tier progressive intervention approach is in line with the interpersonal development needs of the disabled.Second,the involvement of social workers is effective.That is,the physiological level of auxiliary health care work allows the owner to maintain a better physical and mental state,and to exercise;the psychological level of training to cultivate the correct understanding of the interpersonal communication of the case,benign communication experience and positivecommunicative behavior,social resources Integrate and guide cases to strengthen existing social relations,develop new interpersonal networks,and expand the network of owners.Third,the psychosocial treatment model still has its own limitations in the treatment methods and techniques and its analysis of the problems.In actual operation,it should be adjusted according to the owner.
