Social Work Intervention For Adolescent With Suicidal Tendency Of Psychosocial Treatment Mode

Suicide of teenagers is a serious public health and social problem.A large number of data show that the suicide rate and suicidal tendency of teenagers in China are constantly rising,which brings serious negative effects and huge losses to families,countries and society.Adolescent is a very important stage in the development of individual life,and the prevention and treatment of adolescent suicide has attracted the attention,attention and research of many scholars.In recent years,there are more and more researches on the intervention of social work in adolescent suicide in China,but most of them focus on theoretical and strategic analysis,and there are few practical cases of intervention,and the practical work is still in the trial and exploration stage.Under the guidance of "People in Situation",Erickson’s theory of development stage and social support theory,this paper analyzes the feasibility and applicability of psychosocial therapy model in adolescent suicide tendency from three aspects:theoretical hypothesis,service skills and service characteristics.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign literature on the prevention and treatment of adolescent suicide,combined with the case intervention of the website,this paper focuses on the practical process and intervention effect of psychosocial treatment mode in the treatment and counseling of adolescent suicidal tendency.In this paper,a teenager with suicidal tendency is selected as the case owner,and by using the methods of literature analysis,interview and observation,the information of the case owner and his significant others is comprehensively collected,the problems and needs are comprehensively diagnosed,and the plan is worked out with the case owner.Select the psycho-social treatment mode,and combine the characteristics,skills and procedures of the mode for case intervention.Through four specific stages of intervention,namely,emergency intervention of suicidal tendency to reduce their anxiety;Reduce system dysfunction and enhance adaptability;Develop potential and self-realization,looking for life power;Stabilizing the service effect and strengthening the support network.Through comprehensive process evaluation and effect evaluation,the intervention achieved the expected goal.The case owner canceled his suicidal thoughts,no more suicidal behaviors,the mother-daughter relationship improved,and the case owner gradually pursued personal values.According to the evaluation,the case owner has been greatly improved in four aspects: personal cognitive behavior,family structure,social support network and sense of value through the intervention of a complete psycho-social treatment model.Finally,this paper summarizes and reflects on the advantages of psychological and social treatment mode for adolescents who are involved in suicidal tendencies: direct intervention can effectively stop suicidal behavior in time,accurately identify individual differences and intervene at multiple levels,and give full play to individual initiative,etc.Disadvantages: the limitation of the model affects the effective development of the model,and requires high working ability of social workers.In this regard,in order to better intervene teenagers’ suicidal tendencies,the author make the following suggestions: social workers should strengthen their professional ability and experience accumulation;Strengthen family education,strengthen parents’ supervisory responsibility,and take care of children according to law;The government should strengthen the intervention of suicidal teenagers,and Constructing a comprehensive and systematic prevention system of family-school-society is conducive to the healthy growth of teenagers.
