Research On The Construction Of Celebrity Archives In Universities

College celebrity files are the original records formed by celebrities in social practice,which can truly reflect the development of the school and the characteristics of the social era.It is not only material wealth,but also spiritual wealth.Colleges and universities are places where talents gather.There are many universities in our country,with a long history,profound cultural heritage,and celebrities.Celebrities represent the spirit and culture of a school.Their academic spirit and personality charm influence generations of students and shape the soul of the school.This article takes my country’s 42 world-class universities as the survey object,using questionnaire survey,interview method,online survey and other methods to conduct a more comprehensive and systematic research on the current situation and existing problems of college celebrity archives.Finally,on the basis of the research,the current countermeasures for the construction of celebrity files in colleges and universities are put forward.This article will discuss the status quo and countermeasures of 42 world-class universities in the construction of university celebrity archives from five aspects:The first part mainly introduces the research background,topic selection,theoretical and practical significance,research status,research ideas and innovation points of this article.This paper studies and summarizes the literature on the construction of celebrity archives in colleges and universities at home and abroad,and on this basis,investigates the construction of celebrity archives in 42 world-class universities in my country.The second part discusses the related concepts of the construction of celebrity archives in colleges and universities,and its main content includes the concept,characteristics and functions of celebrity archives.The third part examines the status quo of the construction of celebrity archives in 42 world-class universities.The content of the investigation includes three parts: collection resources of celebrity archives,system construction,and celebrity archives work.The construction of the celebrity archives of Wuhan University is selected as a typical case study object.It discusses the current situation and effectiveness of the construction of celebrity archives in colleges and universities,and summarizes the characteristics and excellent experience of the construction of celebrity archives in typical colleges and universities.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the construction of 42 world-class university celebrity archives based on the survey results of the third part.Mainly manifested in: First,the college celebrity file system is not perfect.Second,the awareness of college celebrity archives needs to be improved.Third,there are problems in the basic links of university celebrity files.The problems in each link include incomplete collection,unscientific classification methods,warehousing needs to be improved,and development and utilization levels to be improved.The fifth part puts forward corresponding development suggestions and countermeasures for the problems in the construction of the celebrity archives of 42 world-class universities in the fourth part,that is,improve the construction of the celebrity archives system of universities,raise the awareness of celebrity archives of all parties,and improve the quality of the construction of celebrity archives.basic work.
