In order to improve the service of university archives and to promote the utilization of file information, it’s quite necessary to make effective evaluation to university file information utilization and university archives service. University Archives service quality directly affects the University Archives utilization service. Carrying out the university file utilization service evaluation is of great significance to promote the utilization of university file information and to enhance the quality of service of university archives. University file utilization service evaluation means to evaluate the activities of university archives file information utilization service.
