| The implementation of the nationwide fitness program is an important development strategy of the country,and women’s fitness is an important force to promote the implementation of the nationwide fitness program.Behavior change theory is applied to many researches on healthy behavior change,and it is one of the most important health promotion development models.Under this premise,with the expectation of using the behavior change theory as the theoretical basis,to explore the transformation process of women’s fitness behavior,promote the formation of women’s fitness behavior,and help the flourishing development of national fitness.This study uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods,combined with the empirical investigation of female fitness in Yantai,and analyzes the characteristics of five changes in female fitness behaviors and their relationship with ten.The influence relationship between the change procedures reveals the formation process of female fitness behavior.On this basis,the analysis and induction of the stage characteristics of female fitness behavior,the change process and the mutual determination relationship between fitness behaviors,and finally design fitness for different stages of female fitness Regulation mechanism and promotion strategy.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of changing stages,the distribution of female fitness behavior stages is in an "inverted U-shape",and the pre-workout intention stage and maintenance stage account for a relatively low proportion,reflecting that with the increase in national fitness awareness in recent years,female group awareness and Attitudes have increased,but actual actions have deviated from their perceptions.(2)From the perspective of change procedures,women have different influence relationships between the five fitness behavior change stages and the ten change procedures.Different fitness behavior stages correspond to their different change procedures,which determines the corresponding different fitness behavior stages.The regulatory mechanism.(3)Self-efficacy and decision-making balance run through the five phases of fitness behavior.Improving women’s self-efficacy and positive decision-making in fitness has a positive significance in promoting women’s fitness behavior.(4)Through the analysis of the formation process of female fitness behavior and research in related fields,the change process of female fitness behavior is examined,and it is concluded that the change of female fitness behavior is dynamic and cyclic,and the change of fitness behavior stage is subject to the subject and method.The impact of the three macroscopic aspects of the object.(5)Combining the behavioral stage transition theory and the characteristics of female fitness behavior changes,it is believed that fitness promotion for former-intentional class women is suitable for guidance mechanism,fitness promotion for intentional class women is suitable for strengthening mechanism,and fitness promotion for action class women is suitable for incentive mechanism.Finally,according to the corresponding relationship between the characteristics of the change stage of women’s fitness behavior and the change program,play the role of balance of decision-making and self-efficacy in women’s fitness,formulate fitness promotion strategies suitable for the stage of women’s fitness behavior,and provide a certain reference for promoting women’s fitness. |
