Purpose:Theory of planned Behavior(TPB)is one of the main theories in the field of healthy behavior.This paper selects college students as the experimental objects,and discusses the influence and mechanism of the use of fitness app on College Students'fitness behavior from the perspective of the theory of planned behavior,so as to provide certain reference value for the improvement of College Students' fitness behavior and the better application of fitness app on campus.Methods:by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and data analysis,this paper analyzes the influence of College Students' attitude,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control and behavior intention on the actual exercise behavior by using the fitness app,establishes a theoretical model,puts forward hypotheses and conducts empirical research.Results:there was a positive interaction between College Students' attitude and behavior intention of using fitness app;there was no positive interaction between subjective norms and behavior intention of using fitness app;there was a positive interaction between perceived behavior control and behavior intention of using fitness app;there was no positive interaction between attitude and subjective norms of using fitness app;there was a positive interaction between subjective norms of using fitness app There is no positive interaction between fan and perceptual behavior control;there is a positive interaction between attitude and perceptual behavior control using fitness app;the intention of using fitness app has a positive impact on College Students' fitness behavior.Conclusion:the use of fitness app has a positive role in promoting the actual fitness behavior of college students,and the attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavior control and behavioral intention of college students using fitness app have been enhanced.The attitude,perceived behavior control and behavioral intention of college students using fitness app have positive interaction Attitude and exercise success experience to promote the occurrence of behavioral intention,so as to effectively improve the actual fitness behavior of college students.
