With the continuous development of Internet communication technology,the way and speed of information transmission have been greatly changed.The use of new media technology to promote effective learning and stimulate the enthusiasm of learners’ independent learning has attracted much attention of educators.Especially under the background of "no suspension of classes" called by the Ministry of Education during the epidemic prevention and control,open education resources with the concept of "open sharing" have played a huge advantage.As a relatively high degree of integration and relatively complex production in open education resources,Micro-course videos are sought after by educators at all stages,teachers and students in colleges and universities and even major educational institutions because of their features of small but precise knowledge points,clear goals,strong pertinence and short teaching time.At present,there are various production methods of Micro-course video resources,and technology is no longer a barrier to the creation of Micro-course video resources.Educators at all stages can find Micro-course video resources suitable for their own needs on the Internet through resource-sharing platforms,and process them to realize the reuse of resources.However,in the reuse process of Micro-course video resources,the resources fail to establish connection and the interests of various participants are intersected,which has become a problem to be solved in the process of sharing and reuse of educational resources.This article will open education resources combined with Blockchain technology,according to Blockchain technology cannot be tampered with,share,and transparent,intelligent characteristics such as contract,for the specific situation of education resource sharing and reuse,finds the class video resources as the research subject,this paper proposes a micro video lesson as recycling registration method in open education resources sharing.According to the operation mechanism of micro-course video resource reuse process,Hyperledger Fabric was selected as the development framework of the alliance chain application.With the help of the infrastructure of the Block-chain-based Service Network,the application was realized and the prototype of micro-course video reuse information system based on the Block-chain-based Service Network was built.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Lesson first,in view of the Micro-course video resources recycling process of the users involved in the questionnaire,interview two ways of research,combing the user in the class have encountered in the process of video resources reuse resources change cannot inform,the resources use is not standard,cannot establish a connection between resources and other issues,and in the process of Micro-course video resources recycling operations related roles were analyzed,and according to the characteristics of the Micro-course video resources,puts forward the micro video lesson as recycling registration method in open education resources sharing.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of Blockchain technology and the actual demand in the process of Micro-course video resource reuse,the operation mechanism of the Micro-course video resource reuse system based on Blockchain technology was explored.And from the system’s business,architecture,function,database and other aspects,the operation mechanism of the Micro-course video resource reuse system is comprehensively designed and elaborated.Finally,the prototype of Micro-course video resources information system based on Block-chain-based Service Network is built.The main function interface of the system is introduced,and the operation principle of the smart contract is elaborated in detail,so as to help users understand the use of the smart contract in the system application.With the help of the infrastructure of the Block-chain-based Service Network to realize the application of the system prototype,the deployment requirements of the Block-chain-based Service Network were explained and a small-scale feedback survey was conducted on the system prototype,so as to provide reference and reference for the actual construction and implementation of the application of the Micro-course video resource reuse system based on the Blockchain technology.
