Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Higher Vocational Education Group

With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the reform process of higher vocational education is also constantly advancing.Promoted by the national policy on the development of private education and vocational education groups,private higher vocational education groups have emerged.As an indispensable part of the development of higher vocational education,private higher vocational education groups mostly rely on social forces to invest in running schools,which not only reduces the country’s financial expenditure for the development of higher vocational education,integrates scattered higher vocational education resources,and improves my country’s modern The vocational education system has deepened the development of the integration of production and education in the new era.However,the overall number of private higher vocational education groups in my country is still small,and there are not many large-scale groups.Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore the problems existing in the development of private higher vocational education groups and find solutions to promote private higher vocational education groups.Large-scale and high-quality development of vocational education groups.This research studies the development of private higher vocational education groups from four aspects: theoretical basis,development problems and cause analysis,case analysis,and development countermeasures.First of all,starting with theoretical basic research,the cooperative education theory,strategic alliance theory and regional cooperation theory are used as the theoretical basis for the development of private higher vocational education groups.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and causes of the development of private higher vocational education groups,mainly including: firstly research the development status of private higher vocational education groups from the macro background and quantitative situation,and then analyze the literature and data.It is concluded that there are problems in the development of private higher vocational education groups: the internal management system is not perfect,the organizational structure is not sound,the development strategy planning is not scientific,the information exchange platform construction is not in place,and the higher vocational undergraduate education is not effectively connected.Again,the core,close,semi-close,and loose layers are not distinguished in detail.It is planned to increase competitiveness by occupying market share,the communication mechanism is not sound,and the role of publicity is not emphasized,and the four reasons for reducing investment risks and neglecting education development are analyzed.Third,select a well-developed private higher vocational education group as the case study object,analyze and study its establishment background,development profile,characteristic operation mode,and operation mechanism,from policy guarantees,mechanism innovation,service to local areas,brand building,and diversified cooperation 、Summarize experience from six perspectives of model reform.Finally,combine the development experience of the case group with the problems existing in the development of private higher vocational education groups,from improving the internal operating mechanism,seeking multi-party cooperation,expanding core development content,strengthening brand promotion,innovating management models,and formulating six aspects of scientific development planning.Put forward development countermeasures and suggestions.This research is based on theoretical concepts such as higher education,economics,and management.Through literature research,data statistics and analysis,it aims to find out the problems in the development of private higher vocational education groups,and use case analysis to experience high-quality cases.In conclusion,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of private higher vocational education groups.
