Study On Strategies Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Private Higher Vocational Education Under The New Situation

Under the background of the construction of the modern vocational education system, Private Higher Vocational Education transformation and upgrading, especially highlighting the application has become a new topic. To do the project, there is a need for Private Higher Vocational Education to research on the development strategy. Only in this way can Private Vocational Colleges win advantages in the competition of the new external environment. With the budget of the state education exceeding 4%, public higher education system seems to play a more important role, and consequently, Private Higher Vocational Education as a whole is facing a new crisis. Private Vocational Institutions of higher education, as a vulnerable group in the development process, must think strategically and have a better design for their own to accelerate the transformation in order to promote the sustainable development in the fierce competition.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is to explain the reason for this study topic, literature review, significance, ideas and methods of this study to provide the necessary background knowledge for the theme. The second chapter focuses on the main motivating factors of Private Higher Vocational Education transformation and upgrading, including the introduction of new national regulations and policies, socio-economic transformation and upgrading, the improvement of the modern vocational education system and people’s new demand for quality education and the Private Vocational itself being qualified. The third chapter is to analyze the theoretical basis of strategy design of Private Vocational transition, introducing the theory of multiple intelligences, basic theory of education, the education market theory, the theory of social transformation and sustainable development theory etc. The fourth chapter is the most important part, which presents three strategies of Private Vocational transformation and upgrading, is returning to normal state, highlighting the application and depicting the prospect. With the approach of studying some cases, the fifth chapter mainly introduces the implementation of the development strategies of the typical Private Higher Vocational Education transformation and upgrading, with the aim of achieving a higher degree of integration of theory and practice.Through this study, the author hopes in the process of achieving transformation and upgrading, Private Higher Vocational Education can exploit the advantages of their relatively flexible institutional mechanisms, return to normal and highlight the application strategies to improve the school quality and to have their own features with the hope of getting more long-term and sustainable development.
