Since 2010,the Ministry of Education has announced the outline of National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)and other important documents.It clearly says that teaching should highlight the dominant position of students.Teaching should pay attention to the leading role of teachers,giving full play to students’ initiative.“Promoting people’s all-round development to meet the needs of society” should be as the fundamental standard to measure the quality of education.In the 13th-Five Plan for National Education Development,the education idea of people’s all-round development,lifelong and personalized learning is placed in a very important position.It can be seen that paying attention to students’ lifelong learning and lifelong growth is an important task given to teachers in the new era.Students’ lifelong learning and lifelong growth are based on students’ good sense of learning efficacy.On April 18,2018,the "Education Informatization 2.0 Plan" pointed out that promoting the interaction of online and offline learning space is very important.Blended teaching is becoming the "New Normal" of future education.Blended teaching combines the advantages of offline and online teaching,so that the two complement each other,in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing the teaching effect,and has obvious advantages in improving students’ learning efficacy.At present,personality problems such as low learning efficacy and weak learning motivation are common problems faced by secondary vocational students.Therefore,it is of long-term significance to pay attention to students’ learning efficacy and explore how to use Blended teaching to improve secondary vocational students’ learning efficacy,so as to promote the development of secondary vocational school education and teaching reform,and promote secondary vocational students’ lifelong learning and lifelong growth.Based on the above background and problems,this study is based on the community theory,self-efficacy theory and other related theories,focusing on the core issue of Hybrid Teaching to enhance secondary vocational students’ learning efficacy,and systematically analyzes and summarizes the theoretical relevance,role embodiment,theoretical model and practical path of Blended teaching to enhance learning efficacy.On the basis of literature review,field research and data analysis,the effectiveness test of this study was gradually completed.This study includes three parts: status analysis,path construction,practice and effectiveness test.In this study,225 nursing students were selected as the research objects.Many research methods were used in this study,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview survey,action research and other research methods.SPSS23.0 is the analysis tool.This study investigated the learning efficacy level of Secondary Vocational Students,analyzing the existing problems and reasons of Secondary Vocational Students’ sense of learning efficacy.Based on the Community of Inquiry theory and other related theories,this paper discussed the effect of Blended Teaching on learning efficacy and pointed out the theoretical model,expounded its connotation,characteristics and application principles of this study.Secondly,based on the training objectives,teaching objectives and teaching syllabus of nursing major in Secondary Vocational Schools,the practical path of this study was formulated,and the specific implementation process was elaborated from three modules of teaching preparation,teaching activities and teaching evaluation.Third,according to the practice path of this study,we carried out the practice and effectiveness test of Blended Teaching to improve the learning efficacy of Secondary Vocational Students,measuring and comparing the learning efficacy by using a single group of pre-test and post-test,and constantly reflecting on the problems existing in practice by using interviews and questionnaires,so as to modify and improve the practice path.Through two rounds of practice,the survey data shows that Blended Teaching has a significant effect on improving the learning efficacy of Secondary Vocational Students.This study proposes specific intervention measures to improve the learning efficacy of Secondary Vocational Students.Finally,it summarizes the summary and prospect of this study,mainly discusses the three aspects of curriculum,technology and learning resources,puts forward suggestions from strengthening hardware and software support,improving teachers’ teaching ability and so on.
