With the reform of education informatization, new learning methods such as ubiquitous learning, blended learning, mobile learning and so on are put on the agenda, which has become a vivid embodiment of information technology empowered education. The Ministry of Education has clearly expressed the importance of blended learning in the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan.In addition, during the epidemic, the Ministry of Education called for "using online platforms" to "suspend classes" and realized home learning.Blended learning has become a learning mode that colleges and universities actively explore the integration of online and offline learning, and blended learning environment has become a learning environment in which students are unaware of it.Measuring the degree of college students' learning involvement is an important indicator to evaluate the learning quality. Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate the current situation of students' learning involvement and find countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of college students' blended learning according to the problems presented in the current situation.Reviewing the literature on self-efficacy and learning engagement, most of them are about the influence of academic self-efficacy on learning engagement,or the former is used as a mediating variable to explore the influence of other independent variables, such as teacher support and campus environment,on learning engagement. However,as the popularity of blended learning increases, there are few literatures related to the studies on self-efficacy and learning engagement in blended learning. Therefore,it is meaningful to investigate the status quo of students' academic self-efficacy and learning engagement in blended learning environment. In addition,as the product of information technology enabling education, blended learning enables students to live in the environment of educational technology, and students' perception and use of educational technology will also affect the degree of learning engagement. Therefore,in the blended learning environment,in the study of self-efficacy,besides academic self-efficacy,there is also computer self-efficacy,which can fully understand the degree of self-efficacy of students for offline and online learning. Therefore, under the background of blended learning environment, the present situation and relationship of computer self-efficacy,academic self-efficacy and learning engagement of 509 college students were measured by quantitative research and based on Fred Cox's learning engagement theory. The three subscales were statistically analyzed by data analysis software. To understand the status quo and relationship between self-efficacy and learning engagement of college students in blended learning environment, explore how to improve the quality of investment in blended learning by improving self-efficacy and learning behavior, cognition and emotion, and promote the quality of blended learning and the cultivation of educational technology ability of college students. The main contents of this study are as follows: The first part, introduction. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on learning engagement and the definition of the core concept, puts forward the research questions and describes the research content and purpose. The second part, the theoretical basis.Learning engagement theory and self-efficacy theory are selected as the theoretical basis of this study. The third part, research design. On the basis of scale analysis and in combination with the research purpose, research tools suitable for this study were selected and revised according to the characteristics of subjects and other factors.Sample pre-test was conducted to revise the questionnaire, and reliability and validity test was conducted after formal test to obtain the questionnaire data. The fourth part is to sort out and analyze the data obtained from the formal test, and use statistical software to conduct independent sample T test and regression analysis on the collected data. The fifth part, the status quo and analysis of problems.Combined with the questionnaire data and interview data obtained in the research process, the countermeasures to improve the quality of blended learning are studied. The sixth part, summary and prospect, points out the deficiencies and prospects of this study.
