The Horizon Report, published by the New Media Alliance in 2016,predicted that blended learning will have been widely used in colleges in the last 1-2 years.Blended learning combines the advantages of face-to-face learning and online learning, and it becomes the current research hotspot, and in these studies, the learning achievements of blended learning are focus points. However, the different colleges have different levels, the processes of blended learning in these colleges are also different, its learning achievements need to be further verified. This paper mainly explores the learning motivation and achievements of blended learning, and summarizes the application status of blended learning, and then discusses the factors that affect learning achievements, and then extracts the factors which discuss in this paper, such as the Students' Satisfaction with blended learning,Achievement Goal,Academic Self-efficacy and Learning achievement. The research will rely on a self-built learning platform in a college in central of China, and then explores the correlation between the Students' Satisfaction,Achievement Goal and Academic Self-efficacy on learning achievement in blended learning. The methods of this research contains literature review,quasi-experimental research method and questionnaire survey and so on.The objects of this research are the college students who have participated in blended learning, the classes are randomly divided into two groups, one is the experiment group, and the other is the control group. In the experiment group, the class was taught with blended learning, meanwhile,in the control group, the class was taught with the traditional way.Based on the survey data and relevant analysis, the main conclusions of the study are as follows:Firstly,in terms of the students' satisfaction with blended learning and learning achievements:(1)there were significant differences between specialty and grade in the students' satisfaction with blended learning, and there was no significant difference in gender;(2)the levels of the students' satisfaction are positively correlated with learning achievements, but it's not significant.Secondly,in terms of achievement goals and learning achievements:(1)there were no significant differences in the learning achievements between the experiment group and the control group;(2)the achievement in the experiment group was a little higher than that in the control group, but it's not significant;(3)the achievement goals of the students in experiment group were positively correlated with the learning achievements, the achievement goals of the students in control group were negatively correlated with the learning achievements, both of them were not significant.Thirdly,in terms of the academic self-efficacy and learning achievements:(1)there were no significant differences between the experiment group and the control group in academic self-efficacy.But after the experiment, the academic self-efficacy in the experiment group was increased, the academic self-efficacy in control group was decreased;(2)the academic self-efficacy in experiment group was positively correlated with learning achievements, the academic self-efficacy in control group was negatively correlated with the learning achievements, and both of them were not significant.Above all,the blended learning has a positive effect on learning motivation and achievements, but the effect is not significant, the truth indicates that the blended learning have some problems. The researchers based on above conclusions, summarized the problems of blended learning, and then found that, there are five main problems, including students, teachers, learning platform and so on.Finally, the researchers proposed several suggestions from the students themselves, teachers and schools, the aim is to promote the promotion of blended learning.
