The input in rural compulsory education resources is an important way to promote the "common prosperity" of the society,as well as to promote the balanced development of high-quality education.As an economically strong city in an economically developed province,Wenzhou has an overall high level of input in compulsory education resources,but there is still the phenomenon of insufficient and unbalanced input.Especially,the construction of many and scattered rural schools is still the weak link in Wenzhou’s education development.Therefore,studying the realistic dilemma and optimization strategies of the input in compulsory education resource in rural Wenzhou can promote the balanced development of compulsory education and enhance the sustainable development of rural schools.Based on the theory of educational equity,public goods and resource dependence,this paper constructs a three-dimensional analysis framework of institutional resources input,knowledge resources input and conditional resources input.Then the paper adopts a case study approach to explore the problems and improvement strategies of Wenzhou’s rural compulsory education resource input,taking County Y as an example.The study finds that although the rural compulsory education in Wenzhou has achieved rapid development,the following problems still exist: there is a highly degree of government control over the input of rural education resources;there are differences in the input of compulsory education resources between urban and rural areas and between schools;there are shortcomings in the input of resources and rural schools have a lack of capacity and awareness of independent development.The reasons for these problems are: First the government has a power advantage over rural compulsory education schools;Second,there is an asymmetric symbiotic relationship between social organizations and rural schools,and the sharing of educational resources is insufficient;Third,rural schools have a one-way dependence on the external environment.Therefore,to solve the problems in Wenzhou’s educational resource input in rural area,we should: First,improve the administrative level of the government’s unified construction and management of the education system,and change the government’s external control into external support;Secondly,integrate social resources in multiple ways to build and share high-quality educational resources,so that the relationship between organizations can be shifted from "one-way dependence" to "symbiotic dependence";Finally,the main goal is to develop the strength of rural schools and strengthen the "endogenous" development of rural areas,so as to promote the sustainable development of rural compulsory education.The innovation of this paper is to take the input of resources in rural compulsory education in Wenzhou as the research object,look at the problem of educational resource input from the perspective of rural schools,and establish a three-dimensional framework to analyze the dilemma of input and propose countermeasures to help Wenzhou rural compulsory education achieve high-quality and balanced development.
