Research On The Operation And Development Of Social Work Institutions Under The Resource Dependence Theory

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the development of social work has been continuously expanding.The government hosts the incubation work of social organizations,gives preferential policies and support to the establishment of social organizations,and buys services.In the form of projects,resources are allocated to the communities where the projects are located.Social work institutions obtain government funding support through bidding.This top-down support approach promotes the development of social work institutions on the one hand and makes social organizations over-dependent on government resources on the other.Brought a lot of problems,Affected the long-term development of social organizations.This paper selects S social work organization in Suzhou as a case study,applies the theory of resource dependence,through literature research,Field investigation and interview are used to analyze the current situation of S social work organization's operation and resource dependence,and some suggestions are put forward to promote the good operation and development of social work organization.
