Problem consciousness is a conscious consciousness and thinking state of people’s confusion,thinking,criticizing,analyzing and actively seeking solutions to the practical problems encountered in cognitive activities and practical activities.Xi Jinping stressed in the school ideological and political theory teacher forum,‘ideological and political teaching should have problem awareness,adhere to problem-oriented,teachers should not avoid contradictions and problems.’Under the background of the new era,in order to meet the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development,teachers of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as the key team of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,should insist on problem consciousness,find students’ attention and contact students’ reality.Improving the teachers’ teaching consciousness of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities can bring positive effects to the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,not only make the teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities more in line with the requirements of the development of the new era,but also enrich the contents and methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With the advent of the new era,some ideological and political course teachers have weak problems consciousness of teaching due to the failure of the overall innovation of the traditional indoctrination teaching mode of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,the solidification of teachers’ own teaching thinking mode and other factors.The improvement of Ideological and political course teachers’ awareness of teaching problems is not only the objective need of Ideological and political teachers’ self-education and self-development,but also the fundamental requirement of cultivating students’ good ideological and moral quality.It is conducive to promoting ideological and political course teachers to constantly update their teaching ideas,consciously pay attention to the constantly changing ideological and political course teaching problems,and strengthen ideological and political course teaching in continuous improvement.Based on the logical framework of the problem chain of finding,understanding,analyzing and solving problems,this paper takes the ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities as the research object,analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of the teaching problem consciousness of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and puts forward the promotion strategies.This paper is based on Marxist theory of problem consciousness,the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness and Xi Jinping’s important exposition on education,follows the logical sequence of basic overview-existing deficiencies and cause analysis-improvement strategies.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the purpose and significance of the research on teaching problem consciousness of university ideological and political teachers,the current research status at home and abroad,the research ideas,and methods,and the innovation points of the research.The second chapter gives an overview of the problem consciousness of ideological and political teachers,including problem consciousness,the basic concept of problem consciousness of ideological and political course teachers,the theoretical foundation and elaborates the basic embodiment and main dimensions of problem consciousness of ideological and political teachers.The third chapter analyzes the deficiencies and causes of the problem consciousness of ideological and political course teachers.The questionnaire survey and interviewing method are used to study the current situation of ideological and political teachers’ of teaching problem consciousness,and the reasons for the lack of teaching problem consciousness among ideological and political course teachers are analyzed from the aspects of universities and teachers themselves.The fourth chapter puts forward strategies to improve the teaching problems consciousness of ideological and political teachers,under the guidance of ‘the prospective principle of discovering problems’,‘the pluralistic principle of understanding problems’,‘the systematic principle of analyzing problems’,and‘the practical principle of solving problems’,to explore the strategies to improve the problems consciousness of teaching of ideological and political teachers from the three aspects,the problem oriented teaching mode of ideological and political course,the training and evaluation system of the cultivation of the teaching problem consciousness of teachers,and the self-cultivation of the teaching problem consciousness of teachers,promote the reform and development of ideological and political teaching and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political course.
