| High-quality physics experiments can promote the cultivation of students’ knowledge and skills,but due to the limitations of some software and hardware conditions,the development of high school experiment teaching is not very optimistic.At the same time,after the core literacy is proposed,the cultivation of students’ scientific inquiry literacy has been a major difficulty,which makes educators find ways to cultivate scientific research literacy.According to the recommendations of the "Curriculum Standards(2017)",the use of modern information technology can facilitate experimental teaching.Virtual experiments have the advantages of strong visualization,strong operability,and good interaction,which can bring students a brand-new experience.Therefore,based on the investigation of the status quo,this research attempts to construct an experimental teaching strategy based on virtual experiments.Taking the part of high school physics electromagnetics as an example,it is carried out to the second-year students of a middle school for teaching practice and examine the teaching effect.Contents are as follows:1.Investigate and objectively analyze the current status of domestic and foreign related research,analyze the theoretical basis of this research.2.In the form of questionnaires,the current situation of experimental cognition and scientific inquiry literacy level of high school students in a middle school were investigated and analyzed.It was found that students had less participation in experiments,inadequate understanding of scientific inquiry,and poor awareness of problems.This shows that new teaching strategies need to be proposed.3.Combining with the investigation,an experimental teaching strategy based on virtual experiments to cultivate the scientific inquiry literacy of high school students is proposed.The strategy mainly includes 5parts: inspiration and anchored instruction,combination of virtual and actual,developing physics experiments flexibly,paying attention to the fun and comprehensiveness of communication and evaluation,increasing experiment opportunities and promoting the systematization of scientific inquiry.4.Apply strategies to carry out experimental teaching and evaluate.Taking a class as the research object,using the electrical experiment "Measuring the electromotive force and resistance of the power supply" and the magnetism experiment "Magnetic field and magnetic line of induction" as teaching cases to carry out the practice,and through the performance evaluation,teacher-student interviews and questionnaires to investigate whether this strategy helps to cultivate students’ scientific inquiry literacy.The results show that the experiment teaching strategies based on virtual experiments have a positive effect on students’ enthusiasm for physics learning,experimental participation,communication and cooperation ability.They can improve students’ problem awareness,experimental design ability,experimental operation ability,deepen the understanding of scientific inquiry,and improve students’ scientific inquiry literacy and experimental ability.In summary,the teaching strategies based on virtual experiments have a positive teaching effect on cultivating students’ scientific inquiry literacy. |
