Commercial gyms have been in China for only 30 years.With the reform and opening up of China and the rapid development of national economy,gyms enterprises began to develop rapidly in the 21 st century and gradually evolved into three forms of commercial operation: fitness clubs,private teaching studios and intelligent gyms.In recent years as "Internet +" thinking in various industry penetration,artificial intelligence,new technologies,such as large data and Internet of things is gradually into the fitness industry,in such an environment,smart gym thanks to the rapid development of new technology,start active in the fitness industry in our country,and at that time become the new role of the market competition rapidly.For smart gyms,how to formulate development strategies to achieve excess profits and how to achieve benign development in the new environment is a subject that needs to be paid close attention to by the current operators of smart gyms.In this thesis,based on the theory of strategy management through smart gym –Jian Dan Sport development strategy of case study as the research object,using the Pestel model and Porter’s five Forces model to analyze the macro environment and find out the Jian Dan Sport development opportunities and potential threats,through the analysis of the resources,capabilities,and core competitiveness Jian Dan Sport of the internal environment,find out the Jian Dan Sport of the advantages and disadvantages,using EFE matrix,IFE matrix,SWOT model and QSPM matrix,the corresponding development strategy for Jian Dan Sport.Finally,the thesis puts forward the strategy implementation safeguard measures.This thesis holds that the current development strategy of Jian Dan Sport as a new generation of smart gym enterprises is: to build "community-type" intelligent gym;S2B2C business model has the advantage of information integration,combined with online marketing ability and brand effect to develop a large number of chain stores,to achieve urban coverage;Adopt diversified operation mode to make up for the lack of revenue capacity;The upstream of the industrial chain should be integrated to reduce procurement costs,and the advantages of intelligent management system and information integration should be utilized to reduce operating costs,lower the threshold of consumer prices,and obtain more customer resources.Finally,the thesis puts forward the strategy implementation safeguard measures.This thesis discusses the development strategy of Jian Dan fitness as a new generation of smart gym enterprises.As a smart gym enterprise,it can also refer to the research results of this thesis to provide ideas and inspiration for the formulation of its own development strategy.
